At many places, water boils 200-211 degrees because of the elevation or the weather. When they suggest steam will power a locomotive??!! Well not 212 F steam, you will get no pressure out of it. You need about 300 F + to get the pressure to 100 psi. That train aint movin!

The message is distorted by the analogy, it means that if you can't get the job done right, just lower the pressure. It also means if you only go up to where they tell you, you'll sitting on the tracks!

This is the video they show you RIGHT BEFORE they downsize you or "restructure" your commission sale. I actually was the top performer in my department --- until I got promoted. I got there PRECISELY by doing what I had ALWAYS been doing, ending the shift with a clean conscience.
