This sounds like early psychedelic trance or goa trance. I would say by the style it was most likely released in 1995 to 1998. I could almost swear I own this record but it would take weeks to listen to all my records in storage to find it. If I had to guess I would say it was released on psychic deli or psy harmonics but thats just a guess. I haven't listened to my psy records from back then in almost 7 years. If it remember what it is or find it I will post the info here.
