mastaE3 DR kill everything in sight because DR have high melee ability, very good ammo, excellent weight, low EN usage, above average damage, anything else I'm forgetting. Put any 2 rifles on a fast mech and boost side to side while holding both triggers and you got yourself a win. Not to mention most DR mechs are copies of whoever is in the top 10 on the leader boards. They take no skill
Oh its okay. We can still play those classic AC games and totally feel like a raven again. In fact I'm still revisiting AC:MoA just for that sweet nostalgia. And AC2 too.
Yeah I already know it but thanks for reminding me. I'm a bit turned down by AC4. For me it lost some of its luster because of these abrupt changes. But I'm excited about the upcoming AC Anime. I hope they'll base it on the old AC games!
They are still called Ravens so long as they are mercenaries. You're reffered to as a Raven at least once. They came up with the term Linx to describe an AC Pilot who is not a Raven, since most piltos are company loyal in this game, unlike in the old ones.
the originals are the one that fought in the National dismantlement war, and a lynx is a special genius who is born compatible to pilot a Next and it's able to transfer their skill directly to their Nexts, some of the ravens also pilot normals now for the corprations

Even though this was well editied..There is one major thing you got wrong.
The pilots of these mechs are no longer called Ravens, they are refered to as "Lynx". Armored core's of AC4 have been given the name: "Nexts".
Blame Sega and Software for changing the base story of the game completely, go to the Ac4 website for more info.
