I am not one of a kind. The problem is, that you get in jail, when you recognize the genocide. Every Turk knows that it was a genocide. We talk everytime about it, in cafes, on streets, with the family. But not in public places of the state. We know it, but the Turks know also that there were massacres agianst the Muslim population before the genocide against Armenians. They want a apology too. Certainly the reaction of Talat Pasa to this massacres was much more dramatic, unhuman & unacceptable.

I am turkish myself and I strongly belief there was a genocide on the Armenians and Assyrians during the first world war in Anatolia.But,no offense,it is very controversial that there was a genocide on the Pontian Greeks(even by such institutions like the UN and the EU!)There are reasons for and against the recognition of these events as a genocide.Only a NEUTRAL research of these events can prove and decide.
