I am going to make a video of what I am doing and zipfile it to you! can you help me out here! This is a real pain in the neck aircraft sometimes. Awesome aircraft just a tad too realistic which is fine with me as long as it just works! I have to load an aircraft with engines already running then select a B757 Capt Sim aircraft in order to fly it!

@Maverick1375 Well, In my opinion the CS 757 is not very realistic, but if you send me the video I'll try to take a look and find the mistake. It should all work fine though!

@FS2004AviationPro I only say it is realistic because it is one of the most advanced set ups I have seen in the simulation thus far next to flying the Embraer 170 and EMB 145 from feel there. I tried again after I got your reply and everything seemed to work up until the point I turn the switch to ground to start the engines. nothing happens as you will see in the video. Your engines start to spool up, I get a click and nothing. I am going to send you a PM right now.

No dice man, First time I tried everything seemed to be doing exactly what you are doing in your video! I even saw the bleed air vent guages move and settle. But when I go for engine one start up I get nothing! I tried a second time with everything cold/dark. This time everything was working except the center fuel pumps the light didn't go out when I activated them in the same sequence you did in your video. The n3 never got pass 6 rpms they dont spool up like in your video. Whats wrong?

@FS2004AviationPro I have a little problem.. again -.-' I don't always have time to fly a whole flight with the 757 so I save the flight. But when I load it again almost everything is off! Autopilot and many switches.. >:( ADI and map isn't aligned. What can I do?

@zorkadoo Lol I don't know. I never safe a flight, because it always causes problems on professional aircraft just like changing the simrate ;)

When I fast forward a bit (with autopilot) , the plane starts to point up and down, up and down and never holds the altitude :/ I don't know if It can be cuz I program the FMC quite bad or if It's something else. I have fsuipc and sp2.. Do you know something about this problem? If it's the FMC do you know any good tutorials :P :)

@zorkadoo Nah, fast forward is never good for the auto pilot. And since the Captain Sim's autopilot doesn't work very well it will probably easily give problems when fast forwarding your flight. That's why I never fast forward a flight! :)

@zorkadoo Yes maybe. I don't think I will use the Captain Sim 757, but only the Level-d 767 because that one is much better. But the 767 and 757 are practically the same ;)

On my old computer It was fucking impossible to fly the 757 beacause of extremly low FPS... But now I have bought a new computer.. And The fucking plane is still unflyable cuz fucking low fps !!! :'( >:@

Thanks for the informative video. I have managed to get her started up and commenced the take off and subsequent climb. This is where it all goes wrong. Basically, the aircraft goes into a dangerous angle of attack (30 degrees +) and does'nt seem to maintain speed (only registers around 150 to 160 knots) I can correct it by pushing forward on the yoke but surely the autopilot should be looking after all this? I think Ive clicked just about every damn switch on the AP but alas, no joy. Any ideas?

@andiz50 Sorry, but there could be a lot of things wrong here. The autopilot of the Captain Sim 757 is not working very well I know that. I think you just have to practice :)

@xXR33D3M3RXx I don't know what causes the problem. This tutorial works and so it should work for you as well. Try a reinstall and make sure you follow the steps in this tutorial very well, I don't know what else I could do. Otherwise you have to go to the support forums ;)

@charlie75125 Turn the autopilot on and select a horizontal navigation mode like Heading Select or LNAV (you have to instert a route in the Flight Management Computer in order to be able to use LNAV.

@partyboy923 Simply make sure you enter a full flightplan with all your waypoints to your destination airport, otherwise the route just stops at your last waypoint you entered.

@flywithjacob Make sure the packs are off, the isolation switches are on and to turn on the fuel switches below the throttle. Hope this helps :)

@CaptnShaun Yes it's payware, it costs $37. Pretty much I have to say but it works perfectly, i'm not only using it for Flight Simulator videos. There's is also a freeware version bit this one can only record 30 seconds.

Most things that have to do with the engines eg. fuel pumps and the engine start should be done from the right as in start the right engine first!!!

@METEKHAN31 No, (not yet :) ). Just make small adjustments with the throttle, do you have a joystick? Be sure to buy one because everything will be much smoother with a joystick including the throttle. In this way, controlling the speed is much easier then with a keyboard where you have to press F2 and F3 all the time.

@Patrick1237 Well, when the engines are running, the engines provide electrical power, so, when the engines are running you should be able to turn the APU off with no problems.
