@SamWilliams13 I'm no professional but if you think about it, it should and does lower during the roll unless you counteract it with the proper control inputs. Gravity (always pulling you towards the center of the earth) + inverted attitude (direction of "lift" is now pointed at the ground) = a nose moving towards the ground.
To counteract this, you would move the stick forward appropriately as you enter/leave the inverted flight attitude.
@SamWilliams13 You have to pull up first. The horizon should be about 3/4 of the way up the windshield while you are inverted on a super d. You really just hold it with foreward stick until it comes back around
@greendayaddictions no, a barrel roll is when you get the nose of the plain perpendicular to the ground, and whilst pulling he stick back, pull hard to the right as well...
I remember when I did an ailron roll..... my instructior was like "Holy heck, you're 14...... you're the first 14 year old I've ever seen do one" it was fun though...

Do you have any idea how upset I was when I realized the 'Barrel Rolls' were a LIE.

To Aileron roll, press Z or R twice!

Is the pitch angle meant to decrease when performing an aileron roll? How would you stop the pitch angle decreasing when rolling?

Do a barrel roll! The actual "barrel roll" is actually a Aileron roll.

I want to try one... but I think I should find a CFI to do it with first. I know my Glasair can do it.
