How could Obito be Tobi if he bore no hatred towards anyone, and didn't really know any special Uchiha jutsu besides the Fireball Jutsu, not to mention his entire right side was crushed to paste by a giant boulder? It's like people ignore the obvious, and just scream the impossible. It's not Obito, I'd believe people if they said Uchiha Kagami more than Obito, but that's also unlikely. Forget the assumptions, where's the evidence?

Okay so he had half his side crushed and was buried alive. The only possible way he could have gotten out of that would be if it was all some horrible genjutsu he created which doesn''t make sense or he uses the technique danzou uses in his fight against Sasuke to bend reality to his will. (enable himself to dematerialise). Though if he did this he would lose the use of his sharingan. In anycase Tobi's time space ninjutsu allowing objects to pass through him raises questions.
