1.) She feels that what Ikuto said to Tadase really hurt him and she doesn't want to forgive him.
2.) She feels that as much as she hated Ikuto saying those cruel things to Tadase, she can't help but go to him.
3.) She might also be mad because Yoru mightve told her that Ikuto said that mean thing to Tadase, to keep her away from him and protect her, so now shes mad at him for protecting her. (I like this one better)
I think maybe she is saying something about she dont care about ikuto because of what he did to tadase or something about that, most likely, because she still is down of the face tadase made in chater 30
