They refer both parties to unbiased unrelated law firms usually to each persons local area or where the issue is located

they even referred me to an outside attorney for advice on a real estate transaction between me and my wife.they would not even talk to me because my wifes name was on the property I was planning on purchasing.

As a side not the outside local attorney loved me because every time he picked up the phone he got paid $165 even though his rate was $215/hr.

This was an infomercial not a documentary put on by TruTV. The company paid for a programming slot at 11am EST. when they aired the infomercial that was also not included in the TV guide.
