  • This is one of my fave Elvis song's ... I have never heard this version before ... thanks so much for posting! ... great that people post songs ... thanks Jackiej!

  • Elvis is soooooooo funny!!! I love Elvis soooooo much forever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever...

  • @NicolePresley in fact those around Elvis said he was always a fun guy to be around he was always making jokes even when badly sick! Nothing easily got him until that dr Nick started treating him then started to spiral into depression in other words Nick killed Elvis or was used by the brotherhood to kill him!

  • Thanks for this version, I love the song !

  • Written by Winfield Scott for Elvis. This is a rehearsal on 7/15/70 for Elviss Las Vegas tour in 1970, which was featured in the Thats The Way It Is Documentary. This version was of the song was not in the documentary. It is available on Stagger Lee: Thats The Way It Is 7-15-70 Rehearsal.

  • This is such a very outstanding, overlooked and underrated song. As you know, Elvis sang this masterpiece at only one of his concerts and that concert was the Dinner Show from August 13, 1970 in Las Vegas. It was the 6th and final Elvis concert from 1970 that MGM filmed. Elvis will always be the greatest thing that's ever happened to the music industry and the entertainment industry. Elvis has done more for the music and entertainment industries than anyone ever will. 10 Stars as always Jackie.

  • @ElvisSacramento Correct. The music industry owes Elvis a lot. So does Las Vegas. There should be an Elvis Presley award when Grammies are given. The man deserves it. Let's make it happen.
