  • I got married oversea and waited to bring my wife over to the states. However, when I went there to visit her last year I've found out that she no longer wants to come to the states because she is now with someone else. Sad but true! Now I want to file for a divorce but not sure what to do. Do I contact the immigration or file a divorce with my county court? Any info will be GREATLY appreciated. Please help!
