No sustain on the guitars ? (abrupt non fading style riffs are cool sometimes though) :) Is that a major drawback for midi composed tracks or am I missing something?
@CoDGunner1 e way you can do this is to add tempo markers in your tracks. You can also make seperate click tracks and line them up in the music and then just adjust the tempo of pre recorded lines sorta like quantizing ect. You should be able to quickly pull up all this information in the Massive Brick of a sonar X1 manual, or on the cakewalk forums if your stil stuck. There are many ways to achieve what you need each with different drawbacks and Pros'. Cheers, IC.
just my mixing suggestion but the tone of the guitar seems to be a bit dark. I would rather have the bottom cut down all the way and try to work with the top frequencies. The drum has a sparkly feeling but the guitar's tone doesn't contribute to it. I think the guitar should have a bit more high's.
Oh yea , It Windows 7 Home 64 Bit . Could you tell me if this will work with Windows 7 Home Edition ? I play guitar , what would you sugest to input my guitar and mike into my PC ? Thank you . hutchfromba
I love the thing you can do with sonar! Session Drummer 3 is even better to work with!
