  • Hi! love your recipe..but how do you make the mango sauce recipe?....thanks!

  • @Suzete El mofongo is your moms!! lol Enjoy it...its delicious!!!

  • but what is mojito??????????

  • Looks absolutely delicious!

  • @ciga29 where??

  • @matapulgasdeCA Anyways...

  • 1,000 calories.

  • First of all chef... the wooden bowl is call a mortero and the stick is pilon... at least you cook not teach culinary history...

  • @Soath Ummmm....in PR we call it PILON...Both items are considered El Pilon!!!

  • I wish I knew how to make that mango sauce! I like the richness and thickness of it. I bet it would be just lovely with the mofongo. A different twist to the usual mofongo. Thanks for sharing!

  • Actually Mofonogo was intruduced to the Carriebean by Africans a spin off of 'FuFu' and it is now traditionally known as a Puerto Rican dish but originated in Africa

  • No one has said that mofongo is dominacan. But Mofongo is eaten in Santo Domingo and enough domicanas are married to Puerto ricans the to prove it.Please do get it twisted.

  • No solo Ricky Martin, Jennifer Lopez, etc. representan a Puerto Rico sino, aqui tienen una muestra de nuestro hermano Boricua, continuando en favor de nuestra tradicion gastronomica. Felicitaciones.

  • Wow...Estoy orgulloso de ti tambien xD
