Getting a 6-pack isn't so hard IMO, making it visible is. I can do over 250 situps and hold leglifts but I don't have a very visible 6-pack, just one that is really hard when I flex it. to have a visible 6 pack you have to have low body fat %, like per say a distance runner has...

Yay! I have been trying to figure out a way to make sure I get enough water in throughout the day! I drink sugar-free lemonade and sugar-free fruit punch. I am a crystal light fiend! :) But, anyhoo. I am glad you gave me the idea to put my water in a gallon...jug? That way I can be sure I am getting enough in! And lemon juice is great in green tea! I love it!
