I only ever ate Lake Tahoe crawdads. When I was a kid, all the kids would go out catching them. Maybe 5-600 a time (bear in mind, there were about 12 of us working). All I need is a string, a rock, and a little peice of hot dog. Then we'd bring 'em home, and the adults would take over the cooking of them. Potluck.

Could say much the same thing about Baltimore, MD as bullcurr says about Louisiana, I suppose...still I'd rather be nowhere else...
We've got great food, music & quality of life too. A place is far more than just the sum of its parts. If you love a place like Baltimore, or Lousiana, it runs deep.
