The windmill`s section alone, is 9-inches in diameter and has a height of 6-inches. It has the capability to generate enough electricity to power a 20-led lamp or a transistor radio...depending on the wind speed...Not bad for something so small...and made from recycled parts.
The coils shown in this video were taken from an old computer floppy or hard drive...The wire size is #36 (or #32 ) at about two hundred turns or so....Note: a thin (.063" ) steel plate is placed on the backside of the coils...which enhances the output....All coils were wired in series and placed across its output is a fullwave bridge and a 5000uf electrolytic capacitor....
The solar cells are spinning with the windmill and yes there are slip rings, The power generated from the solar cell passes through the vertical vanes which are insulated from each other and then to the slip rings. The contact resistance between the brush and the slip ring is less than an ohm...so little power is lost...
I live in Toronto Canada, so check out a science supply store such as Edmund Scientific or EfstonScience. If you still can`t find a store near you, check on the net for "Lee Valley Tools" here in Canada, hope this helps.

Free Energy is real and its here but the coverup is strong, if you are interested in a REAL free energy machine then
just search for the LT MAGNET MOTOR in the youtube video search , it is probably the ONLY working magnet
motor out there. Join the free energy revolution!!

What kind/gauge of wire did you use for the coils?

Nice coils! It looks like the solar cells are spinning. Do you have to run the power through slip rings?
