To be honest there are a few builds that help Beastmen but at 1000 points I dunno. Chariots added to Wildform Gors is good. 30 Gor with Beastlord Stubborn crown and BSB, plus 2 x 20 Gor and 2 shaman? Can that be done?
Sadly, the ambush rule isnt so hot. If they come on in turn two (remember they cant even charge then) so your looking at the earliest possibly charge being on turn three, they will be leadership 7, miles away from your BSB and general. They also only have 33% chance of coming on anywhere near where you want them to.
Hey what a compliment! Remember I like Beastmen... just not any good with them! But my thoughts anyway are - Gors need "Wildform" to be competitive. Run a couple of wizards for this as it ensures you get it through on your designated unit when your opponent stops the first attempt.
Awesome battle report dude! I'm gonna watch the others after this. Plus, i'm gonna start Beastmen with a 1k list, and I wanted to ask you if this sounded ok
Yep, I tend to take an age to play a game of warhammer. Me and my friends prefer to enjoy a game over the course of 6 or so hours rather than the tourney 2 1/2. Ive definitely noticed the images seem to get worse as the shade draws in. Also the shutter speed seems to decrease. Im going to have a think about ways around it. Oh well. Really glad you enjoyed it tho. Thanks for the feedback.
Very nice report man! i really liked your insight into both armies and your casual explanations, it made watching the report very relaxing and enjoyable.
I do have 1 criticism if you dont mind :P, Alot of pictures were unclear and not sharp at all, some hurt me eyes :D
