@rickface13, Let me tell you a little secret, almost every comedian has used other comedians material, intentionally and unintentionally.

Ansrew Dice Clay was the worst obvious offender, he copied almost everything Sam Kinnison, Kinnison died in 1992 and "The Diceman" and his comedy career followed shortly after.

As for Carlos, about half his live act is original, his show was ok except most of the skits, his acting sucks and I don't know how he made it as far as he did, he's a club comic.

Dane Cook made me laugh in high school and he continues to do so. The best stand-up, in my opinion, came from Carlin and Dangerfield. Cook's material on women and relationships is what makes him popular. I have yet to meet a psuedo-intellectual person who puts down millions of people(Cook's fans) over the internet, for having a different sence of humor. In addition, I highly doubt you are able to make middle schoolers or anyone else laugh, or even crack a smile. Carlos Mencia does suck, tough.
