i prefer to say i'm gay than im a lesbian, because theres an "a" in there that implies you're something else, not just that you have a different.. idk.. opinion? ahh difficult to explain! its not so much of a problem to me.. i just find it has a kind of.. prejudice maybe? some people have that predetermined image of "a lesbian"..

It's really the same with any social aberration and just goes to show how far we really are from our primordial stages. Not very, but we're getting there.

I love your hair! But hair doesn't always "give it away." I met this girl whom I thought was either gay or bi because of her short hair and she's as straight as it gets. Let's just say, it was disappointing and I felt pretty silly for giving into a stereotype :-/

@karmendcastro LOL yeah, the girl also wore leather, was SUPER friendly (I thought she was flirting with me), stared at me one day, and was a member of a women's rights club at my college. I mean, she was sending out all the signals! As it turns out, she was a straight girl who just liked leather, was friendly, stared at me one day because she liked my shirt, and just so happened to care about women's rights XD
