I just tried making these, and they were amazing! But instead of mayo, I used sour cream and instead of salsa verde, I used a blend of ketchup and El Yucateco hot sauce. Thanks for the recipe!

Being Hispanic I was raised on these ^.^ And where I live in Arizona there's a food truck on every corner selling these. Home made ones and food truck ones are always the best :) Also sometimes they put beans on them :D Not refried beans but the whole ones, it's yummy :)

Bacon wrapped hotdogs are godly. In Cali, the knock on bacon wrapped hotdogs from health inspectors is that both sides of the bacon are not cooked if sold to the general public.

All that means, is that bacon wrapped hotdogs are made at home! Ultimate stoner food!

Great to see you back! My mom used to make bacon wrapped hotdogs for me when I was a kid. She would split the dogs and put american cheese in them before wrapping them though.
