@DavidusMaximusWin 7 is regarded as the best simply because it was the first FF to have full 3D graphics. That made it more appealing to players that haven't played 6 or older FFs. If you have played 6 then you should know that it's actually the best FF in terms of story and characters, and it has the most badass villain ever... Kefka FTW! XD

xiii suckass sorry but it's the truth. why call it final fantasy when the game is as linear as a generic fps. i'm not even excited when they announced xiii-2. final fantasy games lose their touch since xii. shame type-0 never did have a localization (or have yet), looks promising might able to save the series, also where's versus xiii? instead they make a sequel out of a crappy tale. if you looking for good jrpgs, tales of series are much much much better, very underrated.
