Most idols around their debut focus and try to get it all right, then begin relaxing and having fun with the performances (unless it's one with a serious mood). I think it's that rather than the companies' rules. Although I do agree a laughing fit in the middle of a song is kind of unprofessional, it's not really a serious song so it just comes off as being cute.
