you can copy&paste .. klick on the upper left button to find it ...

and for cd (change directory try to put the whole dir into " " like:

cd "c:\bla\bla\bla\"

bash: cd:/XXXXXX no such file or directory

and then write:

cd c:/kitchen

i cant copy and paste the directory when i write it with my hand it says directory not found :S what should i do
