Yes they are. There are a lot of modern doo wop groups from other countries.. The Crystalaires, Roommates, Chaparals, Velvet Candles, etc. There are lots of them, I just can't think of all the names right now.

Other fine revival groups: Roomates [UK - find There's No Moon Out Tonight - awesome!], Little Isidore & The Inquisitors [USA - still amazing with a 2nd group of Inquisotrs[, Fabulaires [US - check their Shrine of St. Cecilia]
This song is TALENT! Some of the best Doo Wop is nothing but non sensical words and segments. And this is because the voices are the instruments ;-) Thanks for posting.
