Why does everyone think Descending is such a great song?! It is completely different from all their other songs, making it stick out like a sore thumb compared to their others, The vocals are high-pitched, black metal type screaming that is annoying as hell and sucks compared to how awesome randy's vocals on almost every other song, and it's really slow-paced compared to the speed/thrash type guitars and drums on every other song.

I seen them live with Gwar in Jacksonville, and it had to be the best show ive ever been to. Gwar played first, then Lamb of God, so imagine a slippery floor soaked with fake blood, and then Lamb of Gods wall of death, if you know what that is. It was totally insane. L.O.G. has to be my favorite metal band of all time.

@ETV101 put it this way...lamb of god are really good live but in like smaller shows....because the energy and the vibe is just better you know? its a lot faster, heavier and just the "fuck it" feeling. while metallica are better in stadiums because they put on shows with lasers, fucking light shows, fog machines and what not....i remember when i went to see them in San Diego, a bunch of MILFS dude. Half the crowd where 40 year olds lol. you dont see that in a lamb of god show.
Man I love trippin at shows. Music wise LOG killed GWAR live, but GWAR definitely put on a fucking killer show. Ripping Obamas head off and squirting me in the face with blood coming out of his neck. I was red from head to toe. Such a badass show. I seen Amon Amarth in Orlando with Skeletonwitch and Goatwhore, and the whole fucking building was one huge pit. Goatwhore gets on stage and says "Were gonna play a game of SATANIC MUSICAL CHAIRS!". Thats when the shit hit the fan.

Brutal! Lamb of God Is the best band ever, I agree with a good amount of songs you had, But, I would have to say for me, Hourglass, Blood of the Scribed, and the Absence of the Sacred are the top 3. Also you should check out a band called Gojira, Randy does "co-vocals" With them in a couple songs, they are really good.
