hi there..i have a little problem..i been practicing chi gong exercise and the point is to feel the chi ...which i been training but when i meditate only feeling is tingling in mine head and then i leave the body ...i just can't feel dan tian ....great vid tnx
@12345jovo I think you should be working on grounding, sending the chi into the lower dan tien. Don't try too hard, Don't try to feel the chi. Just work on standing meditation with attention and focus of breath into the lower dan tien. Don't worry if you can't feel the dan tien right now. Just do it, and be moderate. Michael
Hi there Michael, I am a beginner living in a part rural area of KZNatal South Africa. I have subscribed to YouTube, especially for your TaiChi Journey Lessons, but our connections are very slow and am unable to view properly. Do you please have a DVD available that I could get from lesson 1. I have asked local DVD shop, but up till now have had no luck. I thrive on this, but find it so hard to view from my laptop with such a bad connection available. Thank you - Koda
hi my name is twobit i wanted to say that im a huge bruce lee fan i seen tai chi in some of his movies and i always wanted to learn tai chi sence i was younger i learnd tekwondo for awhile before they had to closed the place down for some reason and i have not had a chance to get back into it sence then but it is the money sos and i had money but not enough to do that thanx for posting iai chi on youtube
@twobit1000 TKD is a Korean Martial art, great art but as a fan of Bruce Lee, I would recommend looking for a school or teacher that offers WING CHUN, the style of kung fu Bruce Lee was taught. 2. Look for JEET KUN DO, a Kung Fu that Bruce Lee created. Third option, look for just Kung Fu. However, the first two are what you are more familiar with seeing based on your interests and would most likely be the best for you.
@mdgilman yes it is im not in shape but i can still get up there lol i have just been looking for a new hobby thanks for taking the time to speak to me very intersting If you come up with new clips ill be here to see feel free to e-mail me too, good luck on your journey
Sifu, thank you for posting this series of videos. It has been very helpful. My wife and I have just learned part 1 of the Yang large frame 108 form and these videos are extremely useful and help in practicing the form to get better. Best regards.

No offense but I'd never take any martial arts lessons from a white guy. I'd prefer to be taught by an Asian since Martial Arts is ours and it should stay that way.
Well then, I suppose you would never consider taking music lessons dealing with classical music from anybody that isn't of Eurpopean descent, because that's ours, and should stay that way. See how racist that sounds? Same basic principal as what you just said though.

Dear Friend,
I'm impressed. Excellent balance, coordination. Strong stance with straight spine. Keep up with your studies and you'll achieve a lot.
