OMG lol! I saw my name right next to Rockhopper's! By the way, you can't become his friend. In the spot where you would click "add friend" there is a button that says "recieve free gift" and Rockhopper brings an old item usually an eyepatch. O and if u want to meet Rockhopper then he is usually in the town :)
