  • KONY brought me here

  • Thank you so much for sharing this video with all of us! Your son is absolutely precious! Looking forward to seeing the update video!

  • I think I've watched this 15 times in the last 2 days as well as showed it to at least 5 ppl. I just can't get over it, his smile is so precious and pure. It rly makes u stop n think about the important things in life. This video is just, inspiring.

  • @courtney123496 Are you hearing impared? I'm just curious because I know a lot of people have mixed feelings bout coclears. and I agree that being deaf isn't terrible. I have many deaf relatives. However I think you're automatic assumptions are off mark. Most videos I've seen like this the children clearly know sign language. And no matter your opinion it is a choice each family needs to deside for themselves. No one else should say if this is right for someone else's child.

  • @Derekinstpete um, what do you think the blocks against the table were doing??? why do you think he jumped a little each time.

  • BAP BAP BAP BAP BAP BAP BAP BAP BAP

  • i don't want to hate but did any of these parents of children with cochlear ever try to sign with them? its not a terrible life to be deaf! sign language isn't a silent language!

  • @courtney123496 As a matter of fact, my husband and I did begin with sign language, which Cooper picked up beautifully. We still actively sign to him, so that as he learns to speak he will also know sign.

  • My favorite part is 0:34! Thank you so much for sharing this priceless moment.

  • Cutest thing I've ever seen! His reaction was amazing!

  • If my child just got cochlear implants the first thingni would say was I love you because if you can't hear for the first part of your life that would be sooooo awful!

  • awwww

  • Moments like these Priceless =)

  • Wonderful video. Thank you for sharing this moment. :)

  • Yes, nice video - cute little boy. During these activations, the child should be given the means to make noise (e.g. a keyboard) so they can experience direct feedback (I use this term in the h(t)=y(t)/f(t) form). This allows the brain to more quickly and accurate determine the transfer function and the establish the necessary brain correlations.

  • This is amazing. Thanks for sharing. What a precious little guy. His reaction made me cry!

  • He keeps pointing to the part of his brain the sound is registering because he is not hearing with his ears.
