Where did Hitler get his money? And which circles of capital were then so rich that they could supply and fund the ww2? Remember this:
(1) They funded Hitler to power having build the war-industry comples. IG Farben was DE FACTO an U.S.-German company, and General Electric had the German affiliate A.E.G.

You apparently don't know history. There were certain phases how the post-ww2 Germany was "ripened" to received a reactionary and totalitarian system:
(1) The reparations demands after 1919 with most of the industrial capacity pulled down;
(2) the hyperinflation when all production was taken for the reparations while the state did not have any assets left,
(3) Foreign investors bought German companies and real estates half free after the 1924 hyperinflation;
(4) The future of Germany was totallyin the hands of the Allied after 1925, after the Foreign Minister's assassination (for the Rapallo Treaty with the Soviet which would have made the reparations easier); then the west started to build the war industry complex which in turn supported reactionary powers (such as NSDAP and Von Papen) for monopolies and dictatorship.

City bombing in WW2 started when the Luftwaffe destroyed Warsaw in Sept 1939. This led to the destruction of many other beautiful buildings in many European cities. But buildings, however beautiful, are always and easily rebuilt. The lives of the millions who were hung, shot, beaten, gassed or starved to death in Germany's numerous slave labour and extermination camps cannot be rebuilt Nor can the lives of those killed in all of the city bombings which followed the destruction in Warsaw.

Really? Standard Oil for example supplied Luftwaffe with a component of aircraft petroleum without which the Blitz against London would have been impossible. Henry Ford supported NSDAP from the early 1920s and supplied 3rd Reich til 1941. The Soviet received similar support, even through the Cold War: the technology 'leaked' there.

(1) The reparations demands after 1919 with most of the industrial capacity pulled down;

City bombing in WW2 started when the Luftwaffe destroyed Warsaw in Sept 1939. This led to the destruction of many other beautiful buildings in many European cities. But buildings, however beautiful, are always and easily rebuilt. The lives of the millions who were hung, shot, beaten, gassed or starved to death in Germany's numerous slave labour and extermination camps cannot be rebuilt Nor can the lives of those killed in all of the city bombings which followed the destruction in Warsaw.
