@dennis300cr dennis, kev retired from bodbuilding many years ago. Then, in 2009 he began the levrone report and began rebuilding his physique naturally. Keep in mind that while he was in competition he was on many drugs to acheive that phsyqiue, but he also trained his a55 off to get there. So naturally, he built his body back up over the period of a year. Then he decided to jsut workout for definition and wieght control so yu are right he has probably lost around 100 ibs
@22centman36 Nah I dont think he lost quite that much. Im pretty sure when he competed he would go into contests around 250 which would put him around 270-280 in the off season. And he weighed himself in a video he uploaded months ago and I think he weighed about 220. Could be wrong because I havent seen the video since then, but hes lost about 50-60 pounds

I'm wrecking some heavy weight now by doing the set of heaviest 5 reps at end of each set to get my body used to the weight for next week. Wha's the pro strat after or does it stay the same?

How long should a person rest in between sets when doing 4x4? Also, the first set must not of been failure for him..
