I have worked with atheltes for the past 15 years too in america and the uk and close with boxing coaches like fredie roach and emanuel steward and chelsea fc

    People really should be shown proper form before they even touch a barbell. Or at least look for videos here (being careful who you take advice from of course. Rippetoe videos are usually excellent), or take a look at exrx, or read Starting Strength.
