they don't light up on easy difficulty but you can still get the dossier

Whenever I get to the tunnel with the "Secret Dossier" the blue switches aren't lit up for me . Do I need to be at a certain stage in the game to get it? All I've got area 12 left.

I've reached this tunnel, however, it just seems so difficult to 'hook' onto the square underneath beams in order to get across. I have no trouble hooking onto the moving platforms. Any tips on how to 'latch' onto those stubborn beams?

I have Bionic Commando and BC Rearmed...I've unlocked the old "Rad" Spencer to play in Bionic Commando...in Rearmed you can also unlock a secret weapon to use in BC...what is it?? where can I find it?? And, still in BC, you can open a BioReign Vault by getting the blue matrix in Rearmed, can you help me?? :)
