有些人本性使然，定不下來，喜歡新鮮感

離開自己之後去找別人，玩了一大圈後又回來，又離開，又回來…

這樣來來去去，一次次的被傷害

最後，雖然很愛，但終於鼓起勇氣下定決心拒絕了…

歌詞中主角愛上的不一定是玩咖，但一定是個不對的人

可能是愛情觀、家世背景、未來的路…有所衝突，在愛的過程中歷經­了痛苦，「淚都不知不覺燒乾了」

但歌詞中的主角還是很愛對方的，不然不會「睡不著」

心偶爾也會「關不牢」，又隨他而去

但既然知道不適合，雖然很愛，應該還是要勇敢的放開 ：）
