Well there combos are some what different.

i believe that puru's focused more on using sabers while two's used funnels more

that's because puru is on the team of domon and zechs who both have melee oriented suits. It's not too suprising that she would try and copy them, using her beam sabers more.

They also have two more funnels then Haman's, and the Red one can be controlled from outside the cockpit with a psycho chair, like Four's psycho gundam in Z Gundam, but besides that Quebleley, and Quebeley MK II are the same machine.

The red one is the one that's the "hating." Red = Puru 2 = "Bad" Puru and Purple = Elpeo Puru = "Good" Puru.
