@Powaslide Wobbles have very little to do with bushings. i can ride 85b/83r bushings at 1 or 2 thread to up to around 40 safely. it's all about being comfortable with your skills. i recently rode with alex tounge and when i asked for advice on doing long standups even longer, he told me, in these immortal words "be better at longboarding."

Can't really tell you what to go for because it all depends on what you plan on using it for. Good cheaper brands are Earthwing, & Comet. Sector9 is an OK option if you want a beginner board.
