@lance627 Correction.: He didn't say NOT to invest in gold in his book. He is debunking the myth that gold is a good investment to COVER YOURSELF WHEN THE ECONOMY COLLAPSES. Then he rebukes the statement by saying that it has a poor track record and IS NOT USED when the economy collapses. Sir, u need to realize his target audience and most are knee-deep in debt with a HIGH level of financial risk. so, y would his audience invest in gold with a high level of risk and volatility? Makes no sense!
