What a beautiful dog and story of hope.Thanks for saving Joshua.My chubby little pug is sleeping on my feet as I type,rather than be in his soft & warm bed.Pugs put their caregivers needs over their own,except when it comes to food and treats.lol.Hug your Pug and let them snort in your face,show them you love them just as much as they love you.
I too rescue pugs. I have 4 wonderful pug kids. The latest is Rosalee Dumplin. She came to us in nearly the same shape as Joshua. She is now recovering and doing very well. She is the single most loving dog on the planet. I believe she must simply love being loved. What a joy dogs are, especially the pug! Thank you for sharing!

People should think before owning a pet. Only a sick person would do this to an animal. No animal should have to go through this and unfortunately it continues...
Please cherish the pets you own and when there's a Rescue looking for help please take the time and help donate! I currently volunteer at the Florida Pug Rescue and host many fun events to help fund for needy pugs.
How someone could neglect anything to the point were it ends up in the condition this baby was should be absolutley ashamed! I am a pug owner and lover and my sweet little boy looks just like Joshua, with the little white diamond on his chest and everything and it is so awesome to see Josh since he has gotten well. I admire anyone willing to take on the resposibilty to care for any animal especially one as sick as Joshua...thank you so much. There is still good in some people!
