Instead of "what is my mother thinking about?" Seeing the Mother Jefferson is George's mother...any thoughts?

Mother Jefferson was fucking awesome. I never liked the new Lionel. I liked the original one. I'm glad he returned to the show. They had a great cast on the show. Everyone was great.

i have the reverse view, i thought Damon Evans did a better job on the Jeffersons. i think the other Evans seemed out of place on this show, BUT he was good on 'All In The Family'.

i agree the new Lionel whinned alot and i don't think he had as much charisma. I had no idea he returned to the show. Do you know why he left in the first place. As a kid mother Jefferson annoyed me, but I love her dearly now.

I wish someone would post the episode called "The Breakup". It's the one where Lionel has to write a term paper about homosexuals, and in order to help him out, George buys him a paper. Jenny accuses him of cheating, and a HUGE fight breaks out between the two families. It causes Jenny and Lionel to break up and it breaks up the friendship between Louise and Helen. It is my favorite episode. It's freaking HILARIOUS!!!!!
