  • I was waiting on the funk, its ok, but I prefer uncut funk.

  • That beat in 0:42 remembers to me GTA San Andreas, but I don't know, what's that original song......someone help?

  • @Bro365 All the samples for The original "I Know You Got Soul" are on Wikipedia, I'm almost certain it's one of those. So just search the samples on YouTube and I'm sure you'll find it. Or even better use Whosampled? (dot) com

To help you out, if that high pitch noise is part of the same sample then it was also in Public Enemy's "Rebel Without A Pause"

    =)

  • Fire!

  • hey thanks for the upload! was looking for this version (a free one)

  • Man this is the remix from the single, done by Double Trouble. It's just like how Coldcut did to "Paid In Full (7 Minutes of Madness - Coldcut Remix)".

This is the official version and it was the one used for the music video, just shorten to 2:31 min., just like how the "Paid In Full" one was shorten to about 3 min. for it's music video

Oh and the main sample is I Want You Back by Jackson 5

  • Nice beat, it keeps moving nice and ,of course, the R is always nice on the mic. "Def with the record that was mixed a long time ago..."

  • the beginning beat, where is it from. The part when the instruments are playing

  • I Want You Back by Jackson 5

  • Actually, it's "You'll Like It Too" by Funkadelic. By 0.47, there are 2 beats playing together - the other one is The Jackson 5.

  • yes but also bobby byrd "i kow you got soul"

  • It works you just have to highlight the three lines of it and copy paste it into the search bar.

So don't just click the link.

  • very good

  • I have the MashUp song of this. General Mid's "The Westerner" vs. Eric B and Rakim's "I Know You Got Soul". One hell of a good mash up. :)

  • can u post it plz

  • I will but on another account homie :)

  • Was'n da jetzt geremixt?

Which remix??? It's the same BPM, the same Melodie and so on. Only longer Version?

  • what?

  • What is to be remixed?

  • It's not the same as the original album version.

  • yeah this song is by far the most epic remix. Eric B. is the bee's knees.

  • I used to listen to this mix over and over again when i was a kid lol,

    Thanks for the upload...

  • This song is bite your fist brilliand!!!!!!!!!!!

  • There is a download link if you'd like. This is the version they used for the music video. Similar to Paid In Full video they used a sample heavy remix for it

  • this is hot, i love it :)

  • mj turning himself to a white person was really the worst thing that happened to us.

  • he didn't turn himself white, he has a disease in which you loose the pigment of your skin, though the plastic surgery stuff... well that was all him

  • old story. this particular disease doesn't have the fx that it seems 2 have on MJs skin. he came up with this xplanation after like 10 years of being white. normally there r only body parts losing the pigments the rest of the body remains black. anyway, enuff others run round like theyre white though theyre black since many creams&soaps can b purchased since 100 yrs maybe. also the disease wouldve worked hand in hand with his surgery. hed still b black though if he stopped it but he never will.

  • i even purchased the damn soap myself one time an additional xtra to a hair cream. i would have accidently used it but i felt a little strange standing under the shower, so i checked the package again, and it said it was meant to get rid of pigment spots.

  • I've never heard of something that can change the colour of your skin, never and I truly don't think there is (unless it's a tattoo)

  • trust me for God that these things are available all over the world, at least in areas where there are blacks. i've seen a lot of people using them, especially africans although it has become unfashionable since a few years. if they use cheap products you can mostly tell. the colour doesn't change permanently though, you have to constantly use it. the melanin or what it is gets blocked. the sister of a friend of mine used it as he told me when I asked bcause of their differing skin colours.

  • that's messed

  • this is badass mix

  • the first thing that poped into my head was michael jackson, nice song

  • there's a vid for this too but they used a shortened version of this remix like they did for Paid in Full
