10 minutes my ass cutting up takes longer than that plus it is much better if the avocado is mushy soft first and chili powder works well with it as well
@swriel Although I like the ingredients in this dish better than some of the guacamole dishes I've seen online, I good substitute for the Jalepeno and the onion is putting in a little bit of salsa (measurements being in accordance to how many avocados you use). But yea, I'm with you on the cilantro! Garlic is good in guac as well
@asmoxbaby ......your pale, cracker, peckerwood, devil, hunky, bologna smelling, dog sexing, bloody meat eating, small penis, caveman, evil asses NEVER amaze me with your racist comments. BEAST.
Pepper??? Mexicans never use pepper!! It's not used in any of their recipes, and chop your onion and chile finer too! Oh, and don't add the lime until you're ready to serve.
you dont need pepper please lol, add chicharron(pig skin) crushed chicharron just an amount, add it like another ingredient like the tomatoe and mix it well its great we do that here in mexico is differentand is good try it ,at a party

My father loves guacamole but is allergic to onions. Is there anything I can use instead?
CandyCrayon91 2 years ago
You can skip the onions altogether. Lots of guacamole recipes don't include it.
Also, agreed, there's no need to add pepper.

Ah, I'm glad =3 Now I can make some for my party and dad can still sneak away some of it =)
And the pepper thing relieves me as well, because I'm not too good with spicy food. I'm just overly sensitive, I guess x3

Shallots? Maybe? but thats similar to onions

A couple of tbs. of crushed pork rind gives the guacamole that extra savory flavor. Perfect for dipping corn tortillas into.
