@SAMCA3005 My circle track car was as stiff as a board, and never got so much as a scratch.Even when my "team mate" put me into the front stretch wall.The stiffer the chassis, the better the suspension works. mostly due to less deflection in the suspension pick up points.Granted, yes "energy " points were built into the cage. But in my track experience a flimsy car is unpredictable at best.Which is something you would want to avoid, going into a corner with a full head of steam.
