  • Form is crucial... Your lacking that crucial brah. Bouncing all over and not coming close to locking out. And no to mention that was decline. Everyone does more weight on decline. Let's see you flat bench 225 10 times. Then I'd be halfway impressed

  • I don't know why people complain about form. Literally like NOBODY's form is perfect and most people I know who rep it out fast do it just like that. Lol I could probably only do like maybe 14 back when I used to lift a bit, I'm 18 now never really was a weightlifter. Nice vid

    do benchpress with exact form, i think so you can increase the weightin a few months
