I don't know why people complain about form. Literally like NOBODY's form is perfect and most people I know who rep it out fast do it just like that. Lol I could probably only do like maybe 14 back when I used to lift a bit, I'm 18 now never really was a weightlifter. Nice vid

do benchpress with exact form, i think so you can increase the weightin a few months
