  • Hmmm, I think 'passing the torch' is different to dropping the belt. Dropping the belt simply means losing the match and belt to someone. Passing the torch is doing that plus expecting that wrestler to take the company into the next generation. Hogan mainly dropped the belt when it was convenient for him to do so (e.g making movies). Besides, even Hogan would have to reason that holding the belt from 1985 - 1992 before entering movies without getting pinned once would be implausible.

  • andre was not nearly 700lbs at wrestlemania 3. hogan tells fibs.

  • SLAM THAT BIG UGLY BLUTO BASTARD HULKAMANIAK!!!

  • Hulk Hogan is so GAY,no doubt, just look at him?hahahahaha

  • @onlyjoetee You sir are an idiot.

  • Is this guy British or Australian? I'm leaning towards Australian...I'm so bad at telling the difference between British people and Australian people and people from New Zealand and South Africa...bah

  • he never willingly passed the torch or anything willingly.....he was/is one of the most selfish athletes ever and many will tell you that.

  • He has such a great point about Heenan nearly ruining the moment at Bash at the Beach.

  • Its amazing how many different versions of the same stories you hear from Wrestlers. I remember a Bischoff interview where he said it was his idea to turn Hogan heel and it took him quite some time to finally convince Hulk to go with it.

  • hogan said in his book that andre weighed in at over 700 lbs the day of w-mania 3......

  • NEVER MIND !

  • 600 lb,s ! at the time he was 520 !

  • @1999MRWRESTLING

    He said near 600

  • Andre was a big man

  • Hulk Hogan is right

  • Taking a risk

  • THE ROCK? GOLDBERG? KURT ANGLE? UNDERTAKER? BROCK? WTF WWE WERE U WATCHING...2 PUT SUM1 OVER U HAVE 2 DROP DA TITLE 2 THEM

  • I have a hard time believing he tore all that stuff slamming andre when like 400 people have slammed andre in their career. At least he's still not saying it was the first time andre had been slammed.

  • Oh, he passed the torch. But he never sold shit and he'd always go back into the ring and milk the crowd.

  • hogan i love you bro tired of hearing warrior whine i understand you

  • Why does everyone has to bad mouth Hogan?

Does he lie at times? Sure.

Has he been an asshole at times? Sure.

Has he done drugs and steroids? Sure.

But name ONE man in the wrestling business who hasn't. Just ONE.

Warrior? Please. Cena? Yeah right. Who? Nobody.

They've all done something. FACT stands as they are

unchanged regardless what you think of the man

Hogan is STILL the biggest star in pro wrestling period.

He is the Michael Jordan of wrestling and always will be.

  • @MrBeckenhimself Undertaker is one. Enough said, but your right, tonnes of wrestlers are douches backstage and hogan is just one of the many

  • @LokiCocola

You mean Taker never done drugs, steroids, politics backstage or anything else?

Just making sure I got it.

  • @MrBeckenhimself Yeah i genuinely think that undertaker has not done drugs. But, If by politics you mean have an influence behind the scenes, then sure Undertaker does, but unlike hogan, he uses his influence to help younger talent develop not hog the spotlight. As for being an asshole, well listen to other wrestlers and they seem to have nothing but respect for him. I can't be 100% sure of all this, but listening to interviews thats how it comes across to me imo

  • Even Though Pro Wrestling Is Fake You Still Can Get Fucked Up

  • @Liegacy808 wrestling isn't fake you moron it's predetermined!

  • @lildwayne21 agreed, it has to be beneficial to Hogan if he's the face of the company. He was the "Golden Goose" at that time.

  • I highly doubt Hogan has wrestled 300 days a year since the mid 80's

  • That was pretty big news. That made the press. When Hogan's mom died if I'm not mistaken, it made the press.

  • How can you pass a wrestling torch when you never learned how to wrestle?

  • @MrJescoda Well, here's something you have to understand. There are two types of people who break into this business. Showmen and wrestlers. Hogan wasn't a wrestler. He was a showman, but he's ingrained in the fabric of Americana. He drew tons of money. People loved watching him work, and when you're marketing a guy like Hogan as hard as Vince McMahon was marketing him in the 80s, its easy to pass off a guy who wasn't much of a wrestler, but instead more of a showman and say he passed

  • @MrJescoda the torch. Hulk Hogan was a household name. He's a global phenomenon. Regardless of what you think of the man's, when you're marketing him and promoting him as hard as Vince McMahon was to the point where he becomes essentially the face of wrestling today, its very easy for some showman to go out there and put a guy like Warrior over and pass the torch to him.

  • @MrJescoda Hogan did everything he could do in his power to help get the Warrior over as a wrestler and as a showman. Hogan is very limited in the ring. You know that from watching him wrestle, but the guy deserves a ton of credit because he did everything in his power that he could do to help pass the torch to the Warrior at Wrestlemania VI.

  • taker jerked hogan

  • Hogan wears the handlebar like no other.

  • A egg- head interviews another egg-head...

  • Hogan passed the torch several times. It wasn't his fault the jabronis who came after him couldn't handle the heat. And YES, back in the 80s Flair and Hogan were perpetually on the road and sometimes wrestled in EXCESS of 300 times a year, sometimes 2 and 3 times a day in the NorthEast, where the major venues are closer. Seen it with my own eyes...Whooo!!

  • lol, h ewrestled 300 days a year? lol, i don't think so.

  • Schaivello looks like Hogan's talentless nephew Horace with the new look. Oh, and LMFAO at "passing the torch".

  • Andre was awesome R.I.P!

  • TNA sucks!!

  • lets hope hogan dont bleach his pubes!

  • annoying fuckin fat reporter!

  • ANDRE WAS HUUUUUUGE. He could lift men with one hand over his head with ease.

  • Such a great inspiration and personality.

  • I think it is a bit sad that they can't let their past go! They were great stars in their day (back about 20 years plus). Times move on, they are great guys who have a lot to offer but do it as Terri not as Hulk!

  • what a mark!

  • Hulk went to TNA....and completely sucks there, just like he did in the WWE.

  • People say Hogan forgot to pass the torch but he put over The Ultimate Warrior, The Undertaker, Goldberg, The Rock, Kurt Angle, and Brock Lesnar to name a few.

  • @nije1x YUP

  • @nije1x True, but they bash at Hogan cause they only see the BAD side of Hogan. The guy did a lot for the new generation wrestlers. He's one of the main reasons why wrestling is mainstream. He's the reason why WCW got more on the map. If it wouldn't have been for him, the WWE would've still be a territorial promotion.

  • @nije1x I completley agree, he has put over just about every star he's worked with. Regardless of what others say. He even made Yokozuna look like a million bucks at the 1993 King of the Ring.

  • @lveezy To some extent I agree with you. He might not have always allowed his opponents to gain a pinfall on him, but Hogan knew how to take a beating when the heel was beating the shit out of him, and while he didn't always get pinned, a lot of times when he was feuding with a guy, he would go out of his way to let them win the matches via disqualification and by countout to set up the rematches in which he ultimately won. You can't allow a guy like Hogan to lose every night

  • @lveezy You know, if a guy like Hogan is going to lose especially in the 80s it has to be via countout or disqualification. Losing by pinfall at a place like Madison Square Garden in the 80s is not a good look for someone like Hogan to lose. If Hogan is going to lose a match, you have to be very subtle about it.

  • @nije1x Amen to that!

  • @nije1x He could have passed the torch some more in the 80s. He made it all about himself by acting like a selfish bastard. Yes, he did put a lot of people over in the 90s and 2000s, but in the 80s he could have done more to put people over. That's part of the reason why a lot of people can't stand him. Yeah, he put a lot of people over during the 90s and 2000s, but in the 80s he played a lot of politics when he was put in a position to help a lot of guys and people don't forget that.

  • @nije1x His angle with Sting and his match at Starcade 97 made Sting an even bigger star than what he was... so Hogan helped with that too.

  • @nije1x Exactly, Hogan has done a lot of jobs in his career. I don't think Hogan had any troubles with jobbing if it was the right thing to do. He was the company's biggest star, it's only smart business.

  • @nije1x yeah hulk is smart and respectsthe industry paid his dues..took it to new level. and like u said put over all those people..even though at least two of them certainly didnt deserve it!!!

  • @nije1x

You're absolutely right. The only reason he has the reputation of not doing it is because Bret Hart is a crybaby. Sorry Bret. The most legendary wrestler of all time wanted to be champion for his return at WM9 and boo hoo you didn't get to. Hogan is more bankable, more loved by fans, and has more cred in the business. Can't always get what you want.

  • @nije1x he put over those whom he wanted top put over he refused to put over Bret and others

  • @nije1x The Rock was already the peoples champ,Stone Cold gets half credit cuz they both made eachother, not Hogan. Brock Lesnar was pushed by The Rock and Undertaker, not Hogan. Kurt Angle, are u serious? He was made by the attitude era,not Hogan. Maybe Goldberg was,but Hogan eventually got the belt back. Ultimate Warrior was a machine runnin on all cylinders,Hogan couldnt stand being in his shadow,so he has done nuthin but lie,and try 2 sabotage him. Hogan cares nuthin about anyone but his $ELF!

  • @nije1x, I think it's more accurate to say that Hogan passed the torch - with ulterior motives in mind. He always found a way to get the belt back around his waist eventually. Hogan's "torch-passing" was very disingenuous.

  • @rhiggins30 So wait...Flair winning titles after 18 days (Von Erich), six weeks (Garvin), 16 days (Dusty Rhodes), etc...isn't the same? Vince McMahon has the last say, no matter what ANYONE says about Hogan's selfishness. If those guys supposedly buried by Hogan could've been the presence Hogan was, they would've gotten their run. No one who is good enough EVER stays down. Fans won't let it. All I hear is a bunch of revisionist history.

  • @cbaldwinjr, no, it's not the same. Nothing against the NWA back in the 80's, but it wasn't at the same level as the WWF(E). There was more money to be made, and if you were champion, profile was much higher. Case in point, most people have heard of Hogan. But Dusty Rhodes? Not likely. I agree that McMahon had a major role to play, but so did Hogan in the 80's (& 90's). A class act would have passed the torch and kept his word. I could easily say you're revising history - eye of the beholder.

  • @cbaldwinjr I agree 100%

  • @nije1x he said in an interview he didnt pass the torch to the warrior because he didnt believe he was ready to lead the business

  • @Zenshia That doesn't explain what happened at Wrestlemania VI.

  • passing the torch is reverse psychology...u give the new wrestler the impression hes gonna be the next big thing...then rubbish his name when he dosent and give urself more brownie points...

  • Hogan forgot how to "Pass the torch" lol

  • the host needs a permanent vacation

  • hogan says he wishes hed have used the sleeper for his finish here lately he has if anyone goes to a TNA show you might wanna take a pillow & a blanket after all TNA does stand for "TOTALLY NO WRESTLING"

  • Who is hulk hogan gana play ass

  • Who is hulk hogan gana o

  • Who is hulk hogaño gana play ass

  • i wonder if there are any bass singers in australia

  • Yes an AUSSIE!

  • Fucking car salesman Hogan! You have fucked over so many people in your sad as life. Drug dealing low life!

  • Hulk Hogan is the world's biggest lying douche bag! Coke head. He ought to be ashamed of himself for lying sooooooo much about the Macho Man. Fag!

  • Hulk Hogan made a lot of money, but it's not because he made a shit load of money that he knows wrestling more than anybody... he would've end up poor playing the guitar with a garage rock band doing 20$ for doing a show in a bar on Fridays and Saturdays if Vince McMahon Sr. would've not notice a young nothin happenin "Terry Boulder" in the AWA back then, and if Vince Jr. would've not market him and tell him what to do! THAT IS FACT! Vince knows how to create a star, Hogan doesn't!

  • what the hell is a baby face

  • @myelite100 A wrestler the fans like and cheer for, the opposite that gets boo'd is a heel.

  • violinsofangels, thanks for your reply, I am surprised that you can access the world wide web, you sound like a guy living in a cave.....The way you talk trash. Good riddens bruthaaaaaa....

  • I know that Hogan lies a lot, but he seems like a really chill guy, very easy to talk to.

  • @CoDWiiPS3Gameplay yea he's so chill. I met him a long time ago and these little kids were like "hogan we bow down to you" and he goes..."you people are sick!" ha so I ended up getting a picture with him and an autograph. Hogan likes to have fun...he's more of a party animal than people think....I think?

  • @Jgebel12 hogan is an asshole ask most of the guys that worked with him!

  • FUCK HOGAN

  • Comment removed

  • Andre was no where near 680-690 pounds!!! Thats total bullshit!!!! He died at 530 pounds, and was documented by the morgue, and he looked bigger when he died then at Wrestlemania 3!!! I love Hulk Hogan, but c'mon Hulkster!!! Your full of shit! Brutha!

  • @bozzo68 you're a moron, he said "nearly six hundred pounds" learn to listen before you speak idiot.

  • @bozzo68 Everytime Hogan tells the story, Andre gains 20 pounds.

  • Holy shit...now hes saying that he told ted Turner that he should be a bad guy. Watch the rise and fall of WCW dvd...Hogan says that it was Eric's idea. Hogan is so full of shit.

  • He believes his bullshit so much that he does not think that people are paying attention. He claims that his head never hit the mat in his match with taker...it was just the jerking motion of the tombstone. In his book he claims that he was very sweaty and taker couldnt get a good grip on him so Taker dropped him on his head causing the neck injury. You are an amazing entertainer Terry...but you are also a world class liar. You know Hulks lying when he brings up putting people over.

  • You lost to kim-jong ill in a rap battle, how u feel?

  • fukin linda hogans wife is a slut the man broke his body for her and she paid him back by being a hooker, fuk her slutty ass, good role model for her daughter

  • Um, no Hogan, Andre passed the torch to you and let you keep it.. You passed the torch...and kept taking it back again. I guess you didn't learn that much from Andre after all...

  • "he taught me alot about passing the torch" HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!

  • @danspivey91

hogan passed the torch alot, look at the guys he dropped the belt to.

  • wow no testicle whip out, must be the xanax

  • I don't understand his fame? he was NEVER a good wrestler, was and still is a coke head, cheater, back stabber, and he has more money than all of us combined! i think just having mic skills would not make you a millionaire, we made this crack head famous, now when his time is over, he won't accept? dude your in your 60's lose the extensions and take off the fucking shirt on your head. MOVE ON!

  • @bodybuilder718 he doesn't have as much money as you think his wife took a lot and he was a part of the golden years and also infleuntial draw in the 1990s monday nite wars, he is not stealing anyone's spots @bodybuilder718 its marketing, etc. wrestling is a part of cultural history and hogan is a part of that narrative

  • @bowlbrawl Trust me he still has money, you do not see videos of Terry filing for bankruptcy. He made more money outside the ring, contracts with his name still are valid, so he still receives checks for amounts of money, yes his wife took a chunk and that law suit as well, however Terry still has A LOT of money. Those commercials you see him do now, got paid like 250,000 for 5 minutes work.

  • @bodybuilder718 he couldnt even afford the rent on his place a few years back, right after the divorce.. she took practically everything and kept almost all physical property, that cunt.

  • @bowlbrawl i don't think he's pulling in even a 20th of what he was making in his prime and he has a lot of legal fees and kids who need singing lessons but you seem to be an authority on his financial reality, it doesn't change the fact that the media use him as a narrative arch to explain to the normal civilians how wrestling evolved and moved into its dystopic state or wherever it is now.

  • @bodybuilder718 he's 58 - and what is this about a coke head and a crack head? you got anything to base that stuff on? if not, i'd think before i keep that shit up

  • @officialvangcreative Ultimate Warrior and Dr. D David Shultz. That's 2 main card witnesses that would know, not to mention the lesser wrestlers that no one cares about.

  • @LastTrumpets7 as I suspected - naught.

  • @officialvangcreative yep he did coke, everyone in the business says he did, and i think these were the same people that said he was on steroids back in the 90's, well were they wrong?? i am not making this up, look it up, Hogan obviously won't admit to it, like he didin't admit to the steroid use, him and his wife were cracked out millionaires fucking anything that moved!

  • @bodybuilder718 ok, i see he's admitted to them doing coke ten years ago... him and linda...

  • next to the rock ore equal to the roch howeveer u wanna put it but him together with hulk hogan are my 2 al time wrestle idols that kept on top:)

  • This interviewer REALLY wanted to be part of the story

  • Who side is he on ??? XD

  • Love or Hate Him , He is the Biggest Icon Of All Time.

  • hogan chats shit....seems like all he does is looking for sympathy

  • oh come on 700 pounds? wouldnt he be the heaviest person in the world?

  • @thejfiumano No. There was a dude in mexico that clocked in at 1250lbs

  • @thejfiumano Not trying to be insulting or stir anything up but no. There have been people, even still today, who have punched in at 900 plus pounds. I also remember reading about a guy who was 1200. So damn big he couldn't even move anymore and they had to cut and forklift him out of the house.

  • @thejfiumano Andre was 560 HE HAD fluid in his legs and even neck

  • @thejfiumano far from it

  • @thejfiumano Not even close! Walter Hudson was 1400lbs. when he died!

  • @thejfiumano no

  • Hulk Hogan and Bobby Heenan Good Friends? BULLSHIT

  • @jcp1977 actually they are friends bobby heenan hated the warrior and there some dvd that he burries the warriors but talks good about hogan

  • ONE MORE MATCH!!!

    ONE MORE MATCH!!!

    ONE MORE MATCH!!!

  • hey everyone 'bodybuider718' is none other but the 'Ultimate Hater' .His posts only reflect what an embarrasing, loathing, dispicable, wretched, jealous, bitter prick he truly is. HULKAMANIA FOREVER BRO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @hunkallgood73 lmao how educated are you!!!!! my God, who starts fights and arguments online, hey listen everyone hunkallgood is a complete loser, who blows HH cock every night! lol i would not say that about you my friend, i meant no disrespect to your boyfriend what so ever, i am truly sorry, i did not know you and Terry were sexually involved, i am sorry my friend... forgive me, did not mean to insult your husband.

  • @bodybuilder718 Oh thats right u hate gays dont u???I remember u said "Gay is not the way" right?More intelligence on display from u lol Was i in the twighlight zone or did i just see u & Orlando Jordan n a "match" a couple yrs back???Did u & him share a room that night as well??lolol Anyway, there u were tryin to hold back the yrs, livin the gimmick STILL ,paintin' ur face up like a clown STILL.and NOOO that wasnt a ped enhanced physique was it Jimmy??? LOLOL Face it pal it's O,V,E,R !!!!

  • @hunkallgood73 hulk hogan has been over for years. He's too old, too fat, too bald, too fake even for wrestling.

  • @chrisis138 Another Hogan hater.......how original!!!!!! If it werent for Hogan wrestling would not be relevant at all & whether or not you & the rest of the Hogan haters want to admit it that is the absolute bottom line end of discussion!!

  • @bodybuilder718 I agree, Hogan is really gay. The company make a big name with everyone involved, not just Hogan, brother.

  • Andre weighing 690 at WM3? Does anyone know how accurate that is? I remember reading before that Andre was 550 at his largest.

  • Comment removed

  • it is surprising how famous he got, i mean he was a drug addict, steroid abuser, back stabber, pathological liar, can not wrestler, can not act. Yet he is one of the most decorated millionaires in the world? When did the world go this bad guys? we make these people rich, and we embrace them, his mic skills was the only thing going that he was good at, though he was coked out more than half the time. Society has really slumped down big time.

  • My God Terry i have not followed or gone on this website in like 3 years, Terry is old as fuck! Damn big guy you still think THE look is still going for you? lol come on, lose the rag on your head, get those extensions out, and be an older man, the 80's are over, grow up, hulkamania lives on forever yes, but do not be in your 70's and still wear your gimmick outfit, that time has passed dude.

  • @bodybuilder718 Shut your rotten ,filthy mouth Ultimate Hater!! you need to grow the fuck up and let it go.Your 15 minutes is OVER face it!! You are horribly ,detestfully, BITTER!!!

  • @hunkallgood73 lol relax, wow, do people actually start fights ONLINE lmao lmao, your funny man, but sorry it is the truth lol, imagine him at 70, ripping his shirt off seeing those man boobs all saggy lol

  • @bodybuilder718 Oddly enough you seem to be somewhat inteligent and pretty well spoken thats why it disturbs me that you've let someone get under your skin so much that you cut a 53 minute "shoot" on not only HH but his entire family as well.Even you must have at some point said to yourself this is going a bit too far.Maybe HH is all the things you claim that he is but what right do you have to blast a man & throw him under the bus to the extent that you did??You come off as a very bitter person

  • @hunkallgood73 ok first off, HH don't care about you, or me. I believe it is funny that many people defend and admire these lunatics. First off, this man, is admired for what? abusing steroids, lying to his fans for decades, throwing his own fellow wrestlers under the bus, back stabbing everyone? ripping on macho man when he PASSED away? or the cocaine he did for the last 30 years? the reason why he has millions and you don't (i believe you are 100 times better then HH) is because U MADE HIM

  • @hunkallgood73 rich and famous. The man can't wrestle, but the media and the lies that this man fed the fans, makes him the almighty good, EVEN IF HE IS BAD, LETS NOT JUDGE? come one now, are you actually telling me that THE PEOPLE defend this man? Every thing bad that happened to him, he deserves times 10, he was and is not a good person. He don't care about you or any one of us, just when those cameras go on, you are his buddy and pal, Bro, it is what it is. The man is a fraud, end of story.

  • @bodybuilder718 I've heard quite a few people from within the business say the same things about Hogan, he's a backstabber,a liar, an egomaniac etc...But, BUT all these people have one thing in common and that is that they're out of the business or fallen on hard times.Someone like myself who's on the outside looking in sees this as nothing more than jealousy pure and simple! HH made it to the top of the industry by whatever means and has managed to remain relevant through the years.

  • @hunkallgood73 How is it Jealousy? Hard times? I have a home, wife, two kids. I am an industrial Engineer and personal trainer. I have a good living, if anything my friend, you have a better life than Hulk Hogan. I mean his wife defines massive slut, his daughter can't so anything, and his son makes the american bum seem worthy for presidential election. He gets no love, his family only griefs for his money, he had to wrestler again and kill his body more. Just shows you his character.

  • @hunkallgood73 The only reason he MADE it, is because you people made him, that's is why, he is richer than all of us, but Karma don't sleep, enough praising this man, all the bad he did is catching up with him, there should be no sympathy my friend.

  • @bodybuilder718 You're doing ALL the things you say HH does!! You're still living your gimmick, roids etc... Is 'growing up' throwing stones at someone for an hour on a webcam?? If your so mature why dont you direct your energy into something more resourcefull than this trivial stuff you're doing??? I dont see him doin' what your doin' and why????? Because he has remained loyal to the business and he never held anyone up or no-showed events. You thot ur bigger than wrestling while HH is wrestling

  • "He taught me alot about passing the torch" WTF? when has Hogan ever wanted to pass the torch?

  • mucho man hated the shit out of terry untill he passed away

  • DIE HOGAN DIE

  • Ultimate warrior suck cocks. Hooty rules

  • ULTIMATE WARRIOR!!! FUCK HOGAN! O.W.N!

  • @ChrisL101 ultimate who?

  • Fuck Hogan. Dude's the biggest piece of human shit in the world. He's got more dirt on him than an unmarked grave.

  • He claims to still be 6'4, he claims Stallone is 5'6-5'7, yet in that picture of them at the HOF in 05', he looks to have maybe two inches on Sly...

  • Linda is a beautiful woman. It's too bad their marriage didn't work out. I wish them both the best of luck in their lives.

  • and somebody LOL LUGER!

  • 78'000, not 93'000 at silverdome.

  • @TheCroatiaKid it was 93.000 at mania 23

  • @TheCroatiaKid 93,173 for wrestlemania III at the silverdome..

  • @TheCroatiaKid Yeah right, negative 2000 fans were on the floor in a 80k seat football stadium.

  • @Gamebox27 don't play games with me.

  • @TheCroatiaKid Well a lot of people repeat that Dave Meltzer nonsense when it's well documented how many seats are in that stadium. Sorry, you can't put people on the floor AND fill the bleachers in an 80,311 capacity stadium and get 78K. No way, no how. The Catholic mass held there held 93,682, which is the largest crowd there ever. 13K is reasonable for a floor crowd for a football-field sized floor

  • HULK STILL RULES.

    HULKAMANIA FOR EVER!
