I work at this hotel and I can tell you that although I have never seen anything, when I do my walk throughs of the porperty there are many times that I feel a precense walking along with me.

Two days ago I spent the night at The Biltmore. I didn't see anything either - but it was soooo scary! Especially in the stair case. Thanks for making the video!
