Anytime there is that kind of atmosphere, I'm against it.

@ginkiba3, as an FYI, it was reported on March 17, 2009 that "the Obama administration will endorse a U.N. declaration calling for the worldwide decriminalization of homosexuality that then-President George W. Bush had refused to sign." At this point, the United States has presumably found itself on the other side of the two groups in this video.

There are now 68 countries who signed this resolution (against 57), including some African and Asian countries (!). The resolution is not binding, though. However, its a very good start. If it would have been binding, more countries would have rejected it. Change comes slow, but hopefully steady.
