Taking a look at this, if you could get an arm with a pivotal tray, to turn the cards over, coming out from under the shoot you would be pretty good.

1. It can be tamperd with so a human would have to stand next to it anyway

2. i dont see any way for it to shuffle

3. It dosn't flip the cards right side up for the flop

so rather then spending the money to get it to work properly its easyer just to pay a human dealer an hourly wage to do all these things.

Obviously it's way too slow to be considered as a viable option in a casino, but that's not the point. Many new things like this won't be great in the development stage, that's why you would develop them to become faster. But you couldn't use it in a casino anyway, because you have to have a person decide which hand is the winner.
