People act emo when they wear girl jeans, wear excessive eye darkening makeup, listen to music where people scream..in every song with lyrics about pain or suffering..in every song, etc. that's the emo culture. if you don't listen to that shit you could like pop culture..dress with Holister stuff, or Aeropostele (sp), or whatever. People are all unique.
