TRY THIS:

Take a camera, set it on Night vision, then take a strong infrared lamp (invisible light) point it at a wall or in the sky. Infrared light will warm up the surface or particles in the air and attract bugs.

When infrared is strong enough and you change the white balance or exposure on the camera, they will appear as glowing "ufo's".

Other options to fake this are possible too ;)

i never trust stationary ufo videos like this. especially with all the balls of light roaming around (bugs). if he walked out of the light and tried to get a normal shot. then maybe, but he doesnt. if you saw something you would not only want to keep voice on the video, but also you'd want to find a new direction to look at it.

Its amazing how much people want to believe vehicles from other planets secretly visit earth and are only filmed out of focus and shows absolutely no detail. Seems like a waste of the massive amount of fuel/energy it would take to come here.

I don't doubt life is out there somewhere, but they aren't flying here to probe our anuses and dissect cows. Get real people!
