A good example of this are all the people, whether zombies or not, that the Military killed, burnt in The Crazys. They do not want to take a chance and are brain washed to follow orders. My contingency plan is to get to a much higher level, as in a mountain or plateau where walking, climbing would be impossible for Zombies to follow. i have provisions, necessary items to survive on.for long term, it would be smart to travel with a small group of trusted friends, family that can pull their load.

Do not go to a military base, this is a main attraction for people who are PANICED, and SCARED. Those types of people are the ones you best avoid because they make stupid and rash decisions. If a Zombie attack occurs get your family together and stay in your home for about a week or so. Bring food to the host's house and wait for the panic to die down. If you have a Syphin that helps because u can take left over gas in cars. After that go to farm lands with a low pop, use hard work and wait.

1-Attempted Containment and Selective Firing

2-Selective Firing - Eradication of the Infected

3-Eradication of Any Non-Military Personnel
