  • Goofy things in mormonism? The book of moe, D&C and Pearls of great wrath are silly.

  • mormon's gona' morm

  • Wait. So it is wrong to marry someone because you are compatible? Isn't that why you get married?

  • 85% of this is wrong...

  • Really? Do you even know anything about the religion? The LDS religion? It's not addressed as "Mormanism". We are Latter Day Saints and please, do your research before you try to insult people. Just don't harp on religions at all, especially if you don't know about them. Plus, what does bashing on this religion do for you? What does it do for anyone? It's just rude. Just try to be nice to everyone and don't judge, even if you don't agree with their beliefs. :)

  • The Holy Ghost testified to me that Iron Maiden rocked. What? These things are of eternal significance! Come to Iron Maiden, or suffer for eternity in a lesser glory, always cognizant that you could have had a V-8!

  • All christian religions belive in the Holy Spirit/Ghost

  • @MattSL97 But not in the same way mormons do.

  • @MattSL97 mormons are a cult. not a religion. a man-made 'dogma' made up in the early 20th century, by a dude who looked into a hat, with a 'seeing stone'.

btw, where is that gold, in them thar hills?

  • @labahuski Make that early 19th century. Smith had his first vision in 1820 and incorporated the church in 1830. Yeah, the looking into the hat bit is COMPLETELY washed out of the history of the church that is taught to its members. Cheers.

  • @BelgianBicyclist if this is true, then why did they publish the story in their own book? They still teach it. oh yeah. don't be fooled into thinking otherwise.

    cheers

  • Wow.... Where did you get your info?

  • @rwclarabelle The Book of Mormon. the whole story is in there, read it. just for giggles, I am. Went to school with Mormons, wondering why they think the way they do. It is their history. check it. seriously.

  • I know the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the only true church on the earth today. Thanks to Prophet Joseph Smith to help restored the Church.

  • @The fact You claim that LDS is the only true church today shows You've been brainwashed fool! Think about it-there were MANY witnesses to Jesus and His life as well as His many miracles.Nothing in Your history can be proven except from a handful of witnesses. You should change the names as Loads Of BS and Moroni to Baloney

  • You never understood why Family Forever appeals to people? Wow...you are a bit stupid. Let me rephrase. REALLY STUPID!!! And To rephrase what you said about a spose. Somebody with the same standards as you. I've never heard anything saying your spose had to look good. But I do know some pretty cute LDS girls.

  • hahah KOLOB

this is the very first time i hear about mormon and that thing named

"KO" "LOB" MORONS.. sorry i mean mormons. :D

    KO LOB hahahahaahah

    MORONS

  • Why the hate for LDS? Winner picked their parents? Not true at all. And you can try and poke fun at any religion to try and make it look silly. LDS beliefs are no more "silly" than any other Bible believer.

  • @trencher7 I am an Atheist and, as such, I agree that religious beliefs are all absurd, but Mormons believe that a man who was a known con artist used seer stones to read and translate ancient texts from golden plates that NOBODY could see but him. This is decidedly more absurd.

  • @jont43 It looks like you haven't studied LDS history enough. Many people besides Joseph Smith saw the plates and even touched and held them. And those that believe in the Bible should have no problem for God using physical means to bring about spiritual results. Just one example - Jesus could have just snapped his fingers or simply given the blind man his vision , yet he mixed his spit with dirt and annointed the man's eyes Why? Nor was JS a convicted "con-man". He was accused but aquitted

  • @trencher7 hmmm... how many people who saw the plates recanted their witness...

  • @redlandz1977 None of them recanted. That's even more impressive. There were those who left the LDS Church for differences they had with Joseph Smith, yet they never denied their witnesses and spiritual experiences when they were outside the Church and had nothing to lose.

  • @jont43 Also consider the OT. Joseph’s silver cup (see Gen. 44:2, 5) in which “he divineth” (he was performing hydromancy). Why the need for a silver cup? Was it magical? Or the magical rod of Aaron (Exodus 7:9-12. The Bible records that Jacob used rods to cause Laban's cattle to produce spotted, and speckled offspring (see Gen. 30:37-39). God's ways may seem absurd to some, but one shouldn't be a hypocrite and claim one is absurd while the other is not.

  • @trencher7 With Aaron, God used something that would be impossible (an old wood staff sprouting leaves) to prove that it was HIM doing the choosing. I have a feeling God had pity on Jacob to accomplish His goals. I doubt Joseph practiced hydromancy, but silver (was) a precious metal in his day, and he was an important guy. His cup would also be recognizable, and may have had his name marked on it.

  • @redlandz1977 not to mention the fact, that silver is a better conductor of energy. Check out some of the other religions. Silver is mentioned quite a bit. and more abundant....

  • @labahuski I don't understand how silver's conductivity matters...

  • @redlandz1977 (witchcraft)

    cheers

  • @trencher7 exactly. We believe in the Bible as well as the Book of Mormon. Which we believe to be a new testament of Jesus Christ.

  • All this religion is such crap! It all makes me laugh my as off! If you're gonna get into a heated debate about something, why not make it over something worth getting angry about? To me,all religion is is a bunch of opinions by people who all think that their particular religion is correct. With so many religions out there, how are we HONESTLY supposed to believe ANY of them? Hell, just BE,dudes! Live life, and when you die you're just dead. It's real damn simple. SHIT!

  • Wow, this is just hilarous; no references, no support....you can pretty much write whatever you want & pass it off as "factual," huh?

  • @999LDS ... And, not only the 14-year-old Helen Mar Kimball types, in the church, but the hot, little 16- and 17-year-old Lawrence sisters became his multiple wives, too! And, the "first one", in his "harem" was Fanny Alger, in 1832: go Fanny! go Fanny!

What a ridiculous cult, with that hong-dong Smith, Jr. leading the way!

  • @1overthehillsfaraway

You are right. LDS members are told not to question anything The Brethren have to say, "...even if they are wrong" (as partially quoted from actual words that Elder Dallin H. Oaks said, about a year ago, or so.

So, you are right, again: they are to let the Big 3 Kahunas do the thinking: not you!

If one thinks about it, this inalienable right of "critical inquiry" simply does not exist, in the Mormon Crutch: they are simply told not to do it--(not to question).

  • Smithy loves 14 yr old girls as wives .

  • You need to get a life and stop making up stuff that isn't true.Going on missions are where you find yourself but unlike other people we find our selves spiritually not sexually. My dad went on a mission and he said it was the best 2 years of his life.

  • @ldsmormongirl3 I'm really happy for your dad. The story behind mormonism which joseph smith thought up is still complete and utter ridiculous bullshit.

  • @1overthehillsfaraway i know theirs weird things that sound messed up and sound like bullshit but its like if i walked into a brain surgery operation and thought wow what there doing is weird and messed up but you don't think and take time to think about it you just say oh that sounds wrong so its just BS i mean look at these other churches yeah Catholic priest molest kids and take money like a mofo, we are the ones at major disasters in the us were there before any other aid is

  • @brachlee14 ummm.... you see, I think it is BS because I DID take the time to think about it. Mormons begin with the idea that it is true and only accept arguments that support that assumption. Which is sad.... because that is not the way to make the most of the brain that is in your head. We are able to think for a reason yet some people would rather not take advantage of that so they let others do their thinking for them. mormonism is seriously flawed and that is obvious to most people.

  • hahahahhahahaha wow you have it ALL wrong.

  • 1. God doesnt live on Kolob, we believe Kolob to be the star closest to the kingdom of heaven.

    2. Ok, this big war you say happened did really happen, only the people turned to Satan before, and our spirits became young again when we were sent to this earth to learn.

    3. Joseph Smith actually had no 8 year old at the time that revelation was recieved. 8 years old is when a child gets baptized and begins to be accountable for his sins. He renews this covenant every time he takes the sacrament.

  • @MrConmurf Thanks for clearing up #1 and 2. It all makes perfect sense now! Re #3, I didn't say it was Joseph Smith's 8-year-old.

  • @regulachick if you have any other questions or want to clear up other myths you can go on mormon.org and chat with the missionaries as well.

  • @MrConmurf #1 LOL, #2 LOL some more... #3 Don't care. How about showing me a coin from Zerehim-lame? Or some recognized ruins of any of those cities. Ooooh! Good one for ya, show me the horses they were riding in America, 600 BC. Or metal weapons from that time period.

  • wait so its all Mormons that are wrong? so catholics or those man made religions are right? let me dig up crap about your so called religion 144 thousand going to heaven BS! shut up and live your life.

  • @hanypants Name me ONE religion that is NOT man made. I double-dog dare you. They are ALL man made. Interpreted to be 'The Word of God'. Men make mistakes, including interpreting 'words of gods'. Ever play Post Office?

  • @regulachick the people who go around making fun or calling others beliefs false are immature and if you grew up in the church then you should know that your following the path that is making this world go array.

  • Seek the truth and when ye find it you will be excommunicated.. lol

  • Religion teaches people what to thing instead of how to think. People that know how to think tend to be atheists

  • @GrecoWrestlerNJ70 i know how to think and im a christian

  • @GrecoWrestlerNJ70 I have always known how to think. I am a very happy non-practicing Catholic, who tends to learn from others. I have studied many religions. They pretty much are all the same, save for the Scientologists (thetan), and the Mormons (Joseph Smith).

  • next mormon to ring my doorbell while im watching football is going to get punched in the face

  • @MrUCF2004 o really? their trying to save you.

  • Comment removed

  • All true!

  • Not mormon but living in a highly settled mormon area. thanks for the great video and the heads up. nice folks but the religion always seemed a tad kooky to me.

  • Funny how often you get the response "we aren't TAUGHT that."

Doesn't mean it isn't still doctrine of your church just because they are too ashamed to teach it.

  • also i was mormong for 17 years and all of this shit i learned also, except the kolobo part? or w/e but i might have fallen asleep during that lool

  • you dont have more then one wife in heaven you have to get a temple divorce... or soemthing, like that shit

  • Thank god for people like ''regulachick''. That's great that you saw the light in that the Mormon church is wrong. Isn't it funny when a mormon disagrees with you and says,'' thats not what the church teaches'' ? How is it that so many people that belong to the church are confused on what they are taught.....

  • Is this a joke or do you REALLY believe these things?

  • @BeccaDuctTapeLover They do! They also believe they can become Gods too!

  • @creepcape I didn't mean do Mormons actually believe this. I meant does the person who made this video actually believe these things about Mormons because it is completely ridiculous. I am Mormon. I thought it might be a joke because of the first thing about Kolob, because I have no clue how they got that. I see where they got the other things, but they are not true and this person has been misled. I could give everyone a big long explanation of how they aren't true, if I wanted to.

  • @BeccaDuctTapeLover Some of the stuff here. I don't know. I lived in Utah for some ten years, while I was a truck driver, and I was not happy the way I was treated there. Apparently, you are nothing, unless you join that church. I am a Christian, and I had no idea the belief system there, then. Mormons are real secretive about their beliefs. Now I know, and I am horrified!

  • @creepcape

We aren't real secretive about our beliefs - all you have to do is ask the right LDS person whatever question you have and they will tell you. Also, excuse me for saying so, but some of the Mormons in Utah are a bit prideful, and not the best people to judge our religion on. I don't at ALL think people are nothing if they are not Mormon. I'm sorry you think that. You shouldn't be horrified. If you are, then you aren't hearing the truth. This video is completely untrue in so many ways

  • @BeccaDuctTapeLover Oh, I just moved away, it was a very simple thing to do at the time. Being that I lived in my truck, and got rid of my apartment in SLC!

  • @BeccaDuctTapeLover I let Mormons live in my house, and I never knew their belief systems. So, don't try to pull the wool over people's eyes! Ha, ha! Not gonna work. Until the advent of the internet. And, me finally catching up with time to read all about Mormons. I was really dismayed at the belief system. I though how arrogant! Putting Satan on the same level as all of us. And, thinking you can become a God, if you do what the church tells you to! Just awful! Shameful!

  • @creepcape

Where have you been reading about Mormons? On our website lds.org, or some other place? There are a lot of people misled about what we believe. Also, I don't know what you've heard about thinking we can become a God. I'm still young and don't know a lot, but I know my religion. We believe, in a way, that we can become gods- I'd have to look into it more.

  • @creepcape

Ah, So about the thinking we can be become God's. Why don't you look at John 10: 33-38. You think it's just us Mormons? But isn't it all Christians? It's in the Bible, right there. We are all children of God.

  • Most of your statements aren´t main issues in the church. I am an lds and I never heard about some of them I don´t think I have to believe in those because some of them are only unofficial inventions of the church.

  • hahahahahahahahhahaah WOW you really need to get your info right.

  • I loved it :)

  • Jesus us non Mormons are terrible spellers.

  • Does this mean Mork From Ork was a mormon :O.

What is their stance if their buddy man bothering partnew jumps off a cliff? please educate me?

  • HELLO. I AM A LATTER-DAY SAINT AND DO NOT BELIEVE JOSEPH SMITH SAW A

VISION OF 2 PERSONAGES GOD OR JESUS CHRIST BECAUSE YOU CAN NOT

SEE GOD AND JOSEPH HAD NO PROOF TO PROVE THAT. DO NOT BELIEVE

EVERYTHING YOU READ BECAUSE IT AIN'T NECESSARILY SO.

  • So, "regularchick", you were a Mormon? And yet you post this video. Okay....Well obviously you didn't quite understand the church then, lol! I'm a convert to the LDS church and find it answers my questions about life and gives us a set of gospel principles to live by. I can't imagine being a member of any other church. This video is just so distorted and taken out of context and....sorry, words can't express how I feel about it, lol...

  • I don't know, why you waste your time, doing this! if you don't like our believes thats ok! be respectful, and please! stop doing this, because you really don't anything about us!(:

  • ppl are so stupid this is all wrong, anything us mormons do is a CHOICE! the same choice that u ppl have. Just because we hold ourselves to higher standards u ppl think its "cool" to rag on us. its not and in fact it makes u all look like idiots!!! hahahahaha Missionaries CHOOSE to leave, they arent forced. Tell me wants more fun that serving Jesus? If yur not serving then yur not living! BBBOOOOOOOOMMMM!!!!!!

  • wow, sounds like someone got molested by their bishop, is that were the hate is coming from? you have issues buddy, instead of wasting your time in nonsense why don't you create something with a positive impact vs. this crap.

  • Well put video!!! I didn't give 2 shits what the Mormons believed or how they believed until they came to my door ,came in and pretty bashed every thing I was taught and believed in!! So now its like poor poor Mormons every one picks on them even though they bashed all religions .Like they were thrown to the lions back in the day!!! I really enjoy how they lie when asked about their true beliefs about getting exalted and becoming Gods over their own planets!!!

  • @IRISHBUDDAFILTH hahahahahahaha, you are and idiot!!! i bet you did'nt even read the book of mormon, read it first and then you can say i know what mormons believe not just repeating what you heard. Educate yourself

  • @javierfer11 FYI, I have read the BOM so you can get bent !!! So it doesn't say in the Celast. marriage manual about getting married and Pro-creating your own world? Well my cuz who is Mormon showed me the manual plus missionaries have told me as well (I saved the chat) !!! You are the idiot !!! The missionaries and people like you are the ass wipes who can degrade all other religions and feel like its ok but as soon as some one says anything about Mormons they are downed by people like you !

  • This is retarded. and we did have the pre exsistance and if your on this earth and you were born you chose to come here and kolob is the planet next to heaven stupid. ans this is the most stupidest video in the world. and yes have to go to kolob to ge tto heaven thats why we have the song if you coud hie to kolob because its right next to where our heavenly father lives. yes i agree with you Fuchanlbuki this is exactly not close to what we teach or learn. Yes all of this was lies about mormons.

  • We come from the earth and we will return to the earth when we die, its that simple. We do not grow wings and fly of into space and live on different planets, how dumb are people?

  • We come from the earth and we will return to the earth when we die, its that simple. We do not grow wings and fly of into space and live on different planets, how dumb are people?

  • Very humorous. I enjoyed it. Think about it. How does a Goddess with a physical body become pregnant with a spirit child. I mean a spirit does not take up any physical area. She could be pregnant with 100,000 spirit children at a time. Plus why would a being with a physical body have a spirit child? It is completely silly to believe these doctrines. They are inventions of Joseph Smith's silly imagination.

  • Anti-Mormons are the most uneducated idiots on the planet!!

  • this movie is total blastfamy and i feel bad for the onnes who belive it

  • @givemefuelgivemefify you have been taught the ways of the lord jesus christ and yet you reject his followings i pray for you sir and hope you may repent

  • @givemefuelgivemefify You need to do some more indepth study of Christianity. It is a fabrication just like Mormonism. Joseph Smith was to Christianity like Paul was to Judaism. One example. The Virgin birth is a myth, The Hebrew of Isaiah does not use the word virgin(betulah), it uses the word for young woman (almah). And the list goes on and on.

  • @GrapeNephi: Your distinction is absurd in th historical context. "Unwed" motherhood was nearly unknown, & hardly tolerated when it occured. In those days; a woman was either a virgin, a wife, or a whore. It was just that simple. It says an unmarried young woman will conceive. Later Jewish commentators in midrashic commentaries talked about this meaning a miraculous conception, to a VIRGIN. It was definitely seen as messianic.

  • @givemefuelgivemefify You might want to use a spell checker. All of the salient points of the video have been taught in Mormonism over the years. I heard them in Gospel Doctrine classes and read about them from church approved sources.

  • @givemefuelgivemefify

I found it pretty accurate. The church iwould be a joke if it werent for the fact that it is such a fraud. I hope you will sit down and think criticaly about your beliefs in Joseph Smiths everlasting con. It is hard to do but it can be done.

I was a 7th generation member of the church, an honorable RM married in the temple etc. I lived the "gospel" and drank the cool aide for along time. I now see the church as moraly bankrupt and feel better about life for leaving.

  • @givemefuelgivemefify: It's blasphemy, not blastfamy. Thanks for the prayers!

    xoxo,

    RegulaCHICK

  • 99% of that is wrong and the rest is just put in a very mocking and ridiculous way.

What people do when their life isn't interesting enough

  • Damn, I can't imagine life as a mormon for 20 years o.O I only spent my first 17 years of life as a mormon. I got out the week after I graduated high school, cuz I couldn't take any more of their BS AND my parents' BS over all this.

I made a blog about this religion, the link is on my channel.

  • I was mormon for 16 years. I don't find any of your points off the mark. nice video! Mormons can suck it

  • @katwoolfy Good for you for escaping that wierdo camp!

  • mormons are just repressed, they just need a coke or coffee.

  • @kemolowlow Mormans dont drink coffee!

  • @MrsSpellStruck No shit! Mormons need to understand what they read to be a joke!

  • @kemolowlow well then i geuss the bible is a joke and every religion in the world is a joke i geuss when we die there is nothing else our bodies just decompose and we r destroyed then huh how can you stand by and say that no i pray for you my brother

  • @givemefuelgivemefify You got that all right, pure fantasy...no go wash the shit stains out of your holy underwear.

  • @MrsSpellStruck Your last prophet ate a Hershey's Kiss on TV while saying "NO" to all caffeine related products. Thing is, Chocolate has natural caffeine in it, and that makes your prophet a hypocrite.

  • @secretk33per O my gosh, We just dont drink coffee!

  • @MrsSpellStruck We? Who's we? Cuz theres a LOT of mormons who drink coffee.

If you don't drink coffee, then stop drinking sodas, stop consuming chocolate.

  • @MrsSpellStruck

what secretk33per is saying is, you dont drink coffee because it has caffeine in it, which is a stimulant. the church doesnt want that.

but something is wrong here, because you ARE allowed to have colas and chocolate, both of which usually have caffeine in them.

  • I agree, family is very important but when a marriage does not work out anymore, the best solution is divorce.

  • people need to stop telling lies about mormons! this was all wrong!

  • @zuzu3733: Really? In what ways? Please, impress me. Be the first person to come back and tell me something specific.

  • @regulachick This is so sad i really feel bad for the mormons out there! You obviously have no life because you made up these silly false things! You should be ashamed of yourself! You have no reason to post this disturbing video! I hope that you will someday make right choices from now on. And sorry but im not going to waste my time trying to impress some self-centered loser like you...

  • @InkyTheBlueGhost - religion is all made up. duh.

  • @regulachick

I'll give you something specific. On the fifth one, forever families, you say Mormonism teaches people to pick partners based on how they look and what they do or don't do, which is the most horrible dumbest thing I have ever heard ALL MY LIFE. by how they look makes me so mad. It has NOTHING to do with that. We choose to marry who we LOVE thank you very much.

  • @zuzu3733 you need to really learn some more about your religion. All the points brought up have been taught in the Mormon Church. Read the Pearl of Great Price carefully and read the teachings of Joseph Smith and Brigham Young for starters. They even taught that Quakers lived on the moon!

  • @zuzu3733 No, it is you who is wrong. Your church is an abomination of God's teachings. You follow a man that was a treasure hunter and distorted the word of God. How blasphemous of you and your kind to change a bible. You are all cult members. And if you weren't so racist, your church would fare better int he world. Mormons need to just cease to exist.

  • @02madre Amen!

  • @zuzu3733 Ya,

I'm just gonna hop in here and say that I too grew up in the LDS church and I couldn't spot one thing that I wasn't taught by the the church or my parents. True. . . . ALL true.

  • Ouch, I'm mormon and none of this is even close to what we teach or learn. Completely false, and I'm hurt by the idiocy of this video. Please, do not say such things about mormons, you do not even know if they are true.

  • @FuchanIbuki: That's funny, because I was Mormon for the first 20 years of my life, and this is all stuff I was taught. How do you account for the difference? No, it's not that I'm lying. (I was also taught that "anti-Mormons" lie.) Know what I think? Maybe the idiocy that you're hurt by is somewhere other than in my video.

  • @FuchanIbuki

Specifically, which things are false about this video? Because I was a Mormon for 30 years and this video is completely correct. Or maybe you're just used to the new sanitized version of Mormonism?

Oh, I get it. You're only 15. They haven't told you about the grown-up stuff yet. And you haven't gone through the temple. No wonder you don't know.

  • @ScienceReasonBelief You are completely incorrect. I'm 13, but I just so happen to know a lot about mormons. They are very happy and kind people. They're gentle and good tempered. Not one mormon I've met comes from "Klob". So I'm sorry to break it to you, but mormons aren't all bad. They're actually pretty nice, normal people. It's rude of you to bring another religion down, just because you don't like it.

  • @FuchanIbuki

Sorry kid, but you're dead wrong. It's because you're only 13 that you don't know as much about your religion as you think you do. Ask your Bishop about the planet Kolob and what that means. (It's not "Klob", you forgot the first "o").

You are right, Mormons aren't all bad, but they don't have a true religion. Why would you believe in something that's false?

Tell you what... go look up "Book of Mormon Anachronisms" on Wikipedia and tell me what you think about that.

  • @ScienceReasonBelief I think you're just trying to thrash my religion. I'm told by my teachers that I'm extremely advanced for my age, that's why I'm being put in summer college courses. So please, don't assume that because I'm 13 that I'm also Naive.

  • @FuchanIbuki

Congrats on being advanced for your age, that's awesome. When I was 13 i was in speciall college courses too, so I know how exciting it is! & you're only naive if you don't check out all different sources of info on something.

So, please take a look at that Wikipedia article about anachronisms in the Book of Mormon. As you prob know, an anachronism is something that's out of place. And google "planet Kolob" and see what comes up.

Do your own investigation- you're smart enuf!

  • @ScienceReasonBelief How do I know that the things put up on these websites aren't lies? I've asked my Bishop about planet "Kolob" and there was absolutely no such thing. If there was, they would have taught it at an early age. It makes no sense to hide it until further growth, like an adult.

  • @FuchanIbuki

Well, I'm sorry that your Bishop lied to you. He really shouldn't have done that. The mention of the planet or star Kolob is found in your own scriptures, the Pearl of Great Price, Abraham 3:2-3. In your own Hymn book, pg. #284 has a hymn called "If You Could Hie to Kolob" ("hie" means go fast or rush).

So ask yourself.... if your own church isn't willing to tell you the truth about Kolob, what else are they lying about? (see part 2)

  • @FuchanIbuki

    Part 2:

How can you tell that the things on the websites aren't lies? Well, why would people want to lie about your faith? Most people who challenge the Mormons do it because they honestly believe you're on the wrong path. Lying would NOT help their cause!

Now, in Wikipedia, Mormons & their challengers WATCH each other. They make sure everything is well researched, and they put lots of references (proof) at the end of each article. So you can USUALLY trust that source. :)

  • @ScienceReasonBelief I checked and now realize what Kolob you're talking about. YOU GUYS ARE SO WRONG! hahahaha I can't believe I didn't recognize the name when you typed it. Kolob is a lesser known "STAR" NOT planet. We didn't come from it, or anything like that. I read your scripture as well as Hymn, (In which is "If you could Hail to Kolob NOT Hie) There's a ton of stuff you don't know about us. You just like to think you know everything about Mormonism simply for your own selfish sanity.

  • @FuchanIbuki

Sorry, kid, but you're the wrong one here. If you had read the Wikipedia article, you'd know that:

"While the Book of Abraham refers to Kolob as a "star", it also refers to planets as stars, and therefore, some Mormon commentators consider Kolob to be a planet."

You're wrong- I never said we came from Kolob. It's God who supposedly lives there.

You're wrong again- it's "hie" to Kolob, not hail. Look it up.

Looks like you lied about asking your Bishop.

    Shame...

  • @ScienceReasonBelief you are full of yourself sir

  • @ScienceReasonBelief dude shut up you obviously dont know anything about the mormon religion

  • @ScienceReasonBelief oh my goodness ur my new hero

  • @FuchanIbuki amen brother

  • @FuchanIbuki like zuzu you need to study your religion carefully. You might say that you have only been fed the milk so far. What was shown in the video is the meat of Mormonism. How do I know? I was mormon for 40 years and was a veil worker int he temple.

  • @GrapeNephi

it can be frustrating, and a little sad, when you come upon these teens and young adults who haven't had the "meat" yet and still trust their church. I was a frequent temple-goer and often volunteered to do baptisms or check the baptism names for proper pronounciation whenever I could (I was told I was too young to be a veil worker). But only when I dared look outside the church at other sources, did I realize that all was not well in Zion. But wow! I'm so much happier now!

  • @FuchanIbuki Yes i totally agree with you on everything that you said. I'm mormon too and i think people just can't make assumptions when they don't even know what we teach or believe in and yes i agree that people should not say such things abput us if they dont know if they are true.

  • Teaching children that they are responsible for their actions at 8 is a bad thing?

With baptisms at birth, the children have no free will to say "Yes, I want to follow."

  • i hate it

  • @kayleebug7777

    Darn! My day is ruined.

  • @regulachick good! i mean seriously, the planet Kolob. :( thats the most stupid video i have ever seen.

  • @kayleebug7777 Q. How do physical gods create spiritual children? How does the mother know she is pregnant? On delivery does the baby float away? What kind of a mess does a spirit baby make?

  • Ok regulachick.. you REALLY need to get a life. ALL eight of those "silly things" are indeed silly. In fact they are entirely false and INSANE ideas that your deranged mind came up with to put down people that are only trying to do some good in this world. Really? What is your problem? Any active mormon could tell you these are false. Please delete this video and do something productive with your life. Thanks. =]

  • @jessiekaydances

I suppose any active Mormon could "lie" and say these thing are false. Everything presented in this video can be backed up with LDS documentation. Try and refute anything in it.

  • @jessiekaydances

Im with you on that! these are so fake! everyone knows it even though they won't admit it. i so agree

  • I have a ton of mormon friends and I have asked them about these and they confirmed that these ideas are definitely prevalent in the Mormon church. Hilarious. Have fun with your BS religion. Do they pay missionaries to be their slaves for two years? Didn't think so

  • @powderhunter127

they don't pay the missionaries, they volunteer to spread their beliefs. what's so bad about that? The catholics did it too! they forced some native americans to be catholic when arizona was first discovered! look it up!

  • @kayleebug7777 : The reasons mormonism is a false religion posing as a Christian denomination are numerous. Mormonism is based on achieving salvation through works instead of faith. Work to be Godly like Jesus and you will be saved. Dont tell me Mormonism doesn't teach that if you are good enough you will become a god and rule over your own kingdom, because it does. I have many mormon friends and have actually listened to them and their preaching. You can't become god.

  • that isn't what we say. we say that you will be A god, not THE god. WE think that you may be able to make your own world like Heavenly Father did to our world. there is a sifference and why does it matter anyway? it isn't like we do anything bad. We try to do good in the world so why are you guys against that?

  • @kayleebug7777 That's exactly what I said, "you can become a god." The book of Mormon is a complete fabrication. DNA evidence has already confirmed that the lamanites are not descendants of hebrews. Mormonism does not do good in the world. It attracts weak people into a cult, where it ushers people into bondage to the illusion that if they work hard enough they can somehow do something that will appear pleasing to God. This is Pride. You cannot work your way to heaven or God's favor.

  • @powderhunter127

BEYOND the "if you work hard enough", there is this "HUGE CARROT" (in front of the collective mormon rabbits) that makes of them KINGS & PRIESTS, unto the MOST HIGH GOD!

(If "that" isn't a big carrot, for weak little rabbits, I just don't know what is!)

(And, it also makes of them "King-Men": something their Book of Mormon seems to preach against!)

(But, they always find "some" way to "HAVE THEIR CAKE AND EAT IT, TOO!")

SLOGAN: Have it BOTH WAYS--at McMormon's!

    LMAO!

  • @powderhunter127

I, personally, will play the Devil's Advocate, to you, here. You are really "pulling at straws", there, with your silly conventional wisdom, defining what is "Faith".

(There is ultimately no contradiction between the definition of "faith" and the inclusion of "actions").

There is always that little story of the two men conversing, together, in the Bible: where one says, "Show me your faith without your actions, and I will show you my faith BY my actions."

    To be CONTINUED..

  • @powderhunter127

    ADDENDUM I

It is like Al Gore (yes, THAT Al Gore) running around saying that he invented the Internet! What are the actions that go along with and support THAT claim?

    ANSWER: There are none!

    - - - - -

Now, take the "opposite example", where a mild, modest inventor says NOTHING about his invention, but which ultimately comes to light: people can literally SEE how much work (sweat and perspiration) went into the thing.

But, you are too blind and stupid, to see..

  • @kayleebug7777 : Uh, I'm not Catholic, and I dont prescribe to the Catholic beliefs that you need a human moderator between you and god. I'm a Christian who believes in the Bible. A sacred, divinely inspired book, that was written (new testament) by eyewitnesses or people who interviewed eyewitnesses to Jesus. The old testament is historically accurate and compete as confirmed by the dead sea scrolls. And archaeological evidence has confirmed much of the bible's historical accuracy.

  • @powderhunter127

And, the Aztecs left funny little shards and remains, in Tehuantepec (and the Maya left things, at Tulum, MX). So, the mormonies grab at straws, trying to come up with "evidences", for their book of moron.

Hey! Why not get Pompous S. Monson (their fearless leader) to declare "open season" on digging around, in Palmyra, until they find some of those "evidences" that Joseph's Myth said were there: like millions of dead people, at the equivalent of Custer's Last Stand!!

  • you are dumb stupid people you know! bagging on mormons! what is your guys's problem!

  • @kayleebug7777

With debating skills like that you really should consider running for office.

  • @josephsmythjr what makes you say that?

Why was Joseph Smith a liar? what did he say that is a lie?

  • @kayleebug7777

JS denied his involvement in polygamy to the day he died yet it has been historically proven that he had as many as 33 plural wives some being as young as 14.

He also had numerous accounts of his "first vision". Only one can be true.

Do the research on the fraudulent bank he started in Kirtland. Very interesting stuff when one takes off the blindfold and starts to do unbiased research.

Mormonism was founded on deceit, which is not a popular truth with today's LDS.

  • @josephsmythjr

well, in the bible, god says that sometimes, in some cases, it's okay to have more than 1 wife, then he says no. it changes when the need arises. he was told that he needed to have a 2nd wife so that he could help her with her problems. he told his 1st wife emma that god told him to and she was sad, but she agreed. she let him get married more than once because god said that those women needed help. and he didn't have that many! he just had a few. gosh! get your facts straight!

  • @kayleebug7777

I have to PM you as youtube comment are screwing up.......again.

  • @kayleebug7777 Was Joseph lying when he told the congregation he had only 1 wife, and in reality there were more than 2 dozen? God said, 1 man 1 woman. He never gave a commandment to gather wives.

  • @awolLDSasap Joseph Smith didn't go around gathering wives just because he could. God made specific exceptions because the new wifes needed him and Emma, his 1st wife, supported him. He still says that 1 man & 1 woman is right, but if you read the bible and actually take in things, u'll realize that god has to change the rules in relation to the rightoussness of the people. duh.
